Christmas Countdown - 2013

Just getting home and eating lunch. I think we are going to park it on the couch the rest of the day. We stayed up pretty late last night though. I san see possibly taking a nap too. I am going into work a few hours late tomorrow since I have to take my sis back to the airport to catch her flight to Cali. Have a good afternoon everyone!

Well, prom was last night and I got home around 11:00. When I got home, I took Wifey to get a sonic blast (I dunno, I just do what I'm told) and we watched Spider Man...so we were up very late....probably 1:30 or 2:00. Because of that, we slept in late. I can't remember when the last time I slept until 9:30 was.

Today, work and a senior supper. Sometime during the day, I'm going to fit in a ride and some Martin time...hope you enjoy your day and I will see everyone tonight!

When my wife was pregnant with our first, there were many Taco Bell runs I did for her. With our second, Ben & Jerry' s ice cream was her craving du jour. So I know what you mean.

I only enjoy shopping when there is Christmas stuff involved!!! Today I had to go with her to Sam's club to get all of the food for the girl scout mother daughter banquet that she is in charge of next saturday night. So basically, I was just there lift the 10 cases of water and all of the nacho cheese sauce for her.

So in other words you were there to do the donkey work lol

I forgot to say this yesterday, but Happy Anniversary, Brad!!!

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

My eye hurts! I don't know what happened. I thought it was just allergies, but now my right eye is swollen almost shut. Of course this would happen the day before the band has to play. LOL The doctor gave me some drops, but no help so far.

Today is my 25 year anniversary with the company. They found a picture of me playing in the band on the internet and posted it on our information TVs here in the office and in the plant. Funny guys!

That was not boring at all. It is refreshing to see talent at such a young age. It shows lots of maturity!

Thanks. He writes a weekly article throughout the high school baseball season. They only post 1 sports article on the website a week so not all of his articles make the web, some are just in the printed newspaper.

I'll try not to bore everyone with it again.

I hope all is well with everyone! We have no power and the basement is flooded - not as good of a situation as I hoped to be in at this time. The furnace, hot water heater and water pump are all fine - just a big mess down there. Oh, well - nothing I can do about it until power is restored.

Happy Weekend everyone..Yesterday my wife told me I had to go to the airport to pick up our lost luggage from our trip to Utah instead my sister was waiting on me to pick her up from California...it was a very nice surprise I have not seen her since the holidays and she is here for a few days too. So we are getting ready to go to the movies. I saw on the news they finally captured the boston bombing suspect I was starting to get worried but when I gotup during the night to let the dogs out I saw it. Good Morning MMC!!! It's going to be a cool day here in Central Indy with a high near 45 degree's. My youngest niece's birthday party is today so I have to run and pick up the balloons for my sister and then help set up everything up. I guess I should also find some time to wrap her gift too. Hello everyone. I hope you all have a great Saturday. This weekend, at night (when the kids go to bed) I'll be busy finishing up some stuff for school...only three weeks left! I'm trying to finish early so I can be done. I'm looking forward to this summer. Most looking forward to reading books I want to read and not what is assigned to read! I've got a whole summer book list already made.

My wife is finishing her master's degree, and is taking her test this morning for library certification. I know she'll do good but she's worried about it. She wants to go back to teaching, but as a media specialist and not as teacher as she was before she stayed home with the kids. Both kids will be in school all day next year, so she's looking to go back.

I'll stop rambling and just say I hope all is well and that you all have a good weekend!
