Good Morning, Everyone!

Rise, shine and......well you know the drill.

Now drill this into your conscience:
Days to the Season: 204
Days to Christmas Day: 246
Under half a week away now from the 1/3 Christmas Day mark and just barely over half a week until the 200-day Season Milestone arrives.
My! Getting so close to one-two double Milestones!

Still coolish yesterday and it is suppose to be the same today before we return to the 70's for tomorrow.
We are currently at a damp 49 degrees here after an overnight rain.

homemakingirl, my daughter is also looking for a job. I do wish your daughter the best. I hope it's something she really enjoys. My daughter needs it as she is not 1 to stay still @ all & it will give her $ for all the things she wants.

Good morning everyone!

Tuesday is a day away from 'Pines Day! Thankfully, I was able to get a good night's sleep and finally feel re-energized. It is a beautiful morning in Ottawa. Temperatures are just above the freezing mark, but the sun is shining. Blue skies should continue for the rest of today - and much of the week. We have double digits and near 60F temperatures in our forecast today. Very nice!

Last night was a little fun. I have been volunteering for two hours every Monday night at a Learn to Play clinic. It teaches beginner and intermediate players how to improve their Ultimate Frisbee skills... or even the basics of playing the game. It's fun to help out and watch players improve and share my love for the game with them, too.

No plans for the rest of the week, really. I think that's a good thing. Have a great Tuesday, everyone!

Hello everyone!
Just walked the dogs, its cloudy and chilly. Its going to stay in the 40's today. I have to leave in a few minutes, I'm going to get my hair cut and colored. Its long overdue! Then back home for chores. My daughter dropped her Iphone last night and shattered the glass. Ugh. The phone is insured but I'm not sure if they cover that, I have to look in to it today. She has to get a good case after its fixed. She always has a cute girly one that is good for nothing!

We usually get our warranties through SquareTrade---they will cover that sort of damage, and often at a better price than the manufacturer's or retailer's coverage. I'm not a shill for them or anything, just a customer. If she has to get a new iPhone, you might look into their coverage. And, like you said, get a good case!
 
Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

What a beautiful morning here in southeast Georgia! I think I feel a bass fishing trip coming on soon! Jacob and I went fishing in my Grandaddy's pond a couple weeks ago. I love that pond, but the gator is getting worrisome. He's started following the boat around, but he doesn't get too close. Just close enough to make you want to keep an eye on him LOL!

I'm going with the family on the Tuesday afternoon trip to take Jacob to guitar lessons, then on to Wal-Mart.

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be a nice morning but there will be some storms moving in this afternoon. So I guess I won't be sitting out on the porch this evening. I have a few errands to run this morning and then it will be home to play on the computer while it rains. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, there have always been gators in the local ponds. They're generally liked, because they keep the turtle and beaver populations low. But when they start getting 5'-0" long and following the boat around, they get my attention. :lol:
 
Good Tuesday morning everyone. Woke to a nice 39 degrees this morning and expecting a high of 68. I wish it would stay this way through the summer.

Leaving work at 3:30 today to go to my son's high school baseball game. We only have 7 games left then the state tournament, if we qualify. We have have quite a few snow days to make up so school is now extended to May 30. I hate to see this school year end since he will be a senior next year.

Saturday we are visiting Gardner Webb University for "junior day". It is a 1/2 day of scheduled meetings and tours for high school juniors who are looking to attend the college. Ethan thinks that is where he wants to go and major in Journalism. It is a Christian university so we are happy about that but I'm sure I will have a lump in my throat all day just thinking about him leaving.

Hello everyone. It's been crazy busy as yesterday I was at a conference. I'm sorry if I missed anything important here on MMC. Well, everything is important here as far as I'm concerned, but you all know what I mean. cheesy

Made-Awesome blog. It takes guts to share something like that and I respect you for it! I look forward to reading more.

I put in for a job today that I think I have decent shot at getting. It's with an agency I work with and am on good terms with their staff. It would allow me to do quite a bit of public speaking and writing and both of those are something I very much enjoy. I hope, if it's God's will, it works out!

Hope you all have a great Tuesday. I missed not being around here yesterday!!!
