Yeah I think he is better and it is almost noon anyways so I will stay at home since I get off at 2 anyway. I will go get the boys from daycare around 3 so brandi can just come straight home at 330. She has 3 weeks left of this semester! It has gone by soo fast. Although she said this one is dragging. She loves the fall semester because it all leads up to Christmas...I think the same way too. so snowball is better and I think we are going to take a short nap...I am really missing Louann right now..she always talked me through times like this. But snowball does want to thank yall for carin about him he is sleeping like a baby right now so that is good...talk to yall later!

Hello everyone!
I am getting ready to put dinner on the table soon. My oldest got called in to work early today so we couldn't go and have her phone fixed. She's working again tomorrow, not sure if she will have time or not. We'll get there sooner or later, at least the phone is still working. I took my youngest out to look for a job again this afternoon and Haagen Dazs hired her on the spot. They told her to come in Friday after school at 3:00. I'm so relieved that she found something!
I hope everyone is having a great day. I have to go boil raviolis for dinner, be back later.

It has been quite awhile since I have been here & I am so shocked & so sad to read about Louann! WHAT? That can't be right! May she rest in peace. So, so sad! So glad to see everyone keeping her memory alive. She will be missed for sure!

Another day, another dollar...Or there abouts...I had another fire last night...I feel the weather warming so I want to get as many in before it warms up...I spent the better part of last night fighting with electronics that advertise all these great features but you need to be an engineer to figure them all out...I get so frustrated...My wife won't even sit in the room with me while I'm doing things like this...I gotta learn to calm down...Airplay...that's what I want to do, and it won't work...everything else does though and the sound is incredible!

Good morning everyone!

Happy 'Pines Day! Midweek is only a few hours away. As always, it is difficult to believe that time moves by so quickly. At the time of our next 'Pines Day, we will be welcoming a new month and ready for May flowers to bloom!

I'm a little sore today. I had a nice run on the treadmill as I continue to rehab. I have another run today and then therapy tomorrow. I have said this a lot before, but I really hope this is my last visit. In my opinion, I am going to have to either get an injection and/or physiotherapy sometime next week. I believe there is something in my knee that active release therapy cannot repair.... but I am not a medical expert. Summer is coming and I am really hoping to be ready to go by mid-June but that seems as if it could be pushed back all the way to mid-July. Quite disappointing, but there isn't much I can do...

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great Wednesday. Great to see the "open" sign on the 'Pines once again!

Hello everyone. Things are going good here, but I'm ready for the weekend! This is a very busy week.
We may head to our local amusement park Saturday for our second trip of the season. We used our season passes on opening day several weeks ago and the place was packed! My daughter rode her first rollercoaster and she loved it! She wants one that goes upside down. So, we may try to go back this Saturday. My son loves the rides that spin around, so I'll spend a good protion of the day very dizzy!
Anyway, I'm already looking toward the weekend! Hope you all have a good Wednesday!

Am not at much today had pallets yesterday and as it was new stuff
was able to go stright into shop no checking

Weather is nice today cool but the suns out about 9c

Have started looking after another cancer patient and i can say i think its getting harder, dr,s cant seem to get the right amount of pain killer they start low and keep rising to thay get the right amount, seems to be this is about every 2 and half weeks they upped it to 30 ml on monday and honest hes away with the fairys.. one minutes he with you and the next hes in 1976 . and then hes back again , have left word for the dr to phone me as well they is more pressure on me as there is no help as ther eis only one son.. well ok theres a sister who wood not sit half a hour with him unless she is getting paid. and hte neice gets paid for making the dinner
I case your wonderig am not getting paid.i get petrol money if i have to go down to there house
They have no one else to do it as there is just no that cares, and the way i look at it. if god sees am trying to help he will keep my family and animals safe so that wood be payment enough

no one should have to go through this alone, they are so blessed to have you and you will be blessed for giving of yourself.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!!! It's a wet morning here in central Indy with a high of 50 predicted for today. Hopefully we see some sun later this afternoon. My plans for today involve paying the bills and then crying when I look at what's left in my checking account. I was also going to play mechanic but I don't think that's going to happen in the rain. Oh my goodness as my dear grandma would say!! I was at work minding my own business and I received a phone call from our house cleaner who always comes every 2 weeks on Weds...anyways she told me snowball was sick and she did not know what to do but call one of us...Well I told her to not worry about the cleaning up of his sickness and just do her regular duties and I would be on the way. I had no idea I would be cleaning up(how do I put this without being repulsive) 2 different kinds of "sickness" all over the house from the bedroom to the hallwall to the kitchen. I wish she would have called Brandi!! Just kidding...seriously when I got home poor snowball thought he would be in trouble for messing up the house he was hiding in the closet!! I finally have cleaned up and I am taking the rest of the day off and I am debating whether or not to take him to the vet. Anyways he is acting better now..I gave him some water and he is laying on the bed next to me now. So I am going with the wait and see approach. Thanks for listening to my story!!! have a great day everyone!

Hi everyone, it's been at least 5 days since I checked in. I'm home recovering from knee surgery, everything seems to be going as expected. I'm on crutches right now with this big brace on my knee. They cut out the torn mincus out and repaired a tendon as well, and did a rotor-roter job on the knee to boot. I'll be trying to check in here every once in awhile untill I can manage the stairs a little bit better (a little hard to do with the crutches right now), I'm hoping that by the end of the week, that I will be using just a cane or something. I happy that it's over with and that when it heals, I'll be good as new!cheesy

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I went with the family to nearby Statesboro yesterday afternoon to take Jacob to his guitar lessons. Then we went to Wal-Mart for an hour...ugh.

After that, we picked up some dinner to take home. Bourbon chicken (which doesn't have actual bourbon in it) is really good stuff. Nancy made fun of me because I like to eat stuff like that with chop sticks. It makes me eat slower so I can't just shovel it in like I do with a fork. I had enough leftover for lunch today. Win!

The kids have to accrue 25 hours per year of community service (usually help with needy, church functions, etc.) while in HS to move on to the next grade, and Jacob is 7 hour short. So the City of Bellville is working him this week. He's picking up trash by the road, and running a weed-eater. That'll teach him to wait till the last minute!

And am shocked at th e price of a bread. that sounds really expensive. over here a loaf of bread is from 99p to £1.20 .
Does it not cost a lot to buy 10 newpapers. what am trying to say is by the time you buy the papers to get the coupons does it still make it worth while

yeah my newspapers are $7.50 for 10 of them. my groceries today were $125 & I paid out of pocket $44. not too bad.
