Have I ever mentioned that I hate just sitting around and waiting?

I know what you mean, at least you have MMC. cheesy

hehe we need to start a club for everyone who gets up at 5am!! we could all log on and get everyone else up!!! but on second thought maybe not..not too many are in a good enough mood at 5 am I know sometimes it takes all I have to say good morning at 5am.lol!

I wish I had time to log on that early, but I have to deal with getting my demon children out of bed and ready while my wife makes herself more beautiful. If I had my way I would get up at 6:05 shower, eat and leave by 6:30. cheesy

Of course I mean demon in the most endearing way.

Pawn Stars is over now...and I am watching American Pickers....I love that even more....cos they are just driving around and decide where to go from a gut feeling....You learn a bit about the people....just luv it

I like American Pickers, my favorites of shows like that are Auction Kings and Storage Wars.

Well I'm home!! I have the boys here and all is okay for now...I am so sleepy my eyes are actually closing when I am standing up and walking...what is that called??Oh the Morphine shuffle!! No really I have not taken anything at all(although now I think of it I do have some happy pills I got after my last outpatient surgery in Janurary) the Dr. gave me like 100 I guess he thought I would need them but I only took a handful since I healed kind of fast...well the bottom line is I have to stay up until at least 400 when wife gets home. ETA: wife just called and wants me to peel potatos for dinner...well I better go do that!!! have a nice drive home from work everyone!

I know the proper answer to that is always: "Yes, dear." cheesy I know that all too well.

When I had to be off work for chemo and radiation, it was easy to get used to being off. When I went back to work right after Christmas, I realized I was ready to retire!!! And I am LOVING it!!! It is too bad we can't retire in our 30s with good health and energy and enough money to live comfortably. We have reverse mortgages; why not have reverse retirement?

Well Hello there you precious peeps of mine!

waiting on an update from Made about his Mom. Sure hope they figure everything out.

Today is my Mama's 77th birthday!!! We decided to have her a dinner here @ my house on Sunday. she has to go to a funeral for her aunt, who was in her late 90's, tomorrow & Saturday in North Carolina. She's staying w/ my aunt over night Friday. Anyhoo, Sunday it is!

I gotta tell y'all, I'm really beginning to like this bit...not working. I can say my pain is much less. I have time to do what needs to be done here @ home w/out hurting as much. I miss everyone but still it's nice to not have to find someone to pick my daughter up @ school, I can take my time & cook better meals for my family, & not to mention, my house is getting thoroughly cleaned, YAAY!

try to be back in a bit!:!!

Yes, yes, yes, I do pick you!!! Remember we have the animal section on the jet, LOL!!!

Just remember that after the last time you were flying and doing your upside down tricks, the mess all those litter boxes made when they tipped over. :-?

Happy birthday to her, and I am glad the pain isn't as bad.

Not knowing is so hard to contemplate. I will be keeping you, your mom, and your family in my prayers. When you multiply that by the number of people here at this site, well, it is reminscent of George Bailey. Take care of yourself, Made!

Okay, so they had 2 theories on mom. The Doctor at the hospital, thinks it was a compound migraine. She was complaining of a headache but it wasn't even as close to being as bad as the one's she gets when she gets a migraine. The second theory and the one I agree with, is that is was a TIA. So basically she was starting to have a stroke, but the clot in her brain broke up before it got bad enough to do any permanent damage. So it didn't show up on the MRI.

At the end of the day, they started her on a anti-clotting drug and sent her home. She is supposed to go see the neurologist in a week but she really doesn't like him. So she is going to call her family doctor and see if they can get her in some where else.

The other good news is that the MRA of the veins in her neck and the Echo Cardiogram of her heart were clean. So with are family history of heart disease and heart attacks. That is a good to know.

I will continue to keep her and you in my thoughts. I hope they get this 100% figured out quickly.

Good evening,

Wow, you were all busy today. I am going to be tired tomorrow because I had to catch up here. I had a very long day today, I was basically on my feet from 7am until 815pm tonight. My foot that I ruptured the ligament in last year is swollen and very much in pain tonight, it's the first time I have felt any pain in it since November/December sometime. I get very nervous about that now, since I couldn't do much of anything for 6 weeks last year, I probably just over did it today. My Bruins won, Red Sox won, and I am happy with who the Bengals drafted in the first round of the NFL Draft.

Tomorrow I will be firing up the grill for the first time in 2013, I can already taste the steak.

Good night my dear friends.

That problem has been solved by NASA working with the inventors of the pen that can write in any position. No pets were hurt in the demonstrations of the NASA-patented and Forrest Gump-invented product under the name "The Stuff Doesn't Hit the Fan."

Sid (as Mr. Schneider) owns a building which Mrs. Mutterance leases and has turned in to a candy shop. (She doesn't "make fudge; never has; never will.") Mr. Schneider wants to turn the store into a new enterprise, a "washeteria." During a snow storm, Mr. Schneider falls into an open grave, and the kids come to the rescue. Cute, cute movie. One line is something my mother would often say to us, "The smell of snow is in your hair." You really have to see it more than once!!!!!!

How about that? I didn't know Sid Caesar was in a Christmas movie!
