Oh no, bless ur Mom! it's hard to keep an active person down & I think the older they are, the harder it is. My Mama & Daddy are the same way. I will pray for her.

Good evening all! Been a nice day here. I wasn't able to go outside because of the pollen but I enjoyed it from the window, lol.
I'm sure most of you w/ sports/football savvy family members @ home know the football draft is on. my boys were so loud last night watching it. My bil is over this evening & all of them are back @ it now! Where are my earplugs????? Ahhhhhhhh

I must be a strange mom, I was so excited that my girls were going to college. We had a lot of fun going to open houses. The road trips were such memory makers.
Of course that is not to say I did not miss them when they left, some tears did flow. But I am proud of the wonderful adults they have become.
That is what life is all about, changes, changes and more changes. Some hard some easy all necessary if we all want to grow.
You can do this with all the grace of a proud mom excited to see her kids growing! (((HUGS)))

Well I spent all evening fighting with my sister about how to set up the banquet hall they rented for the girl scout event tomorrow. She really should have went and looked at it before she rented it instead of taking the word of the other leader. It is way to small for 165 people. The maximum occupancy may say 205 but that can't be with chairs and tables set up. It's a good thing most of people there are going to be kids because there is no room for adults to get around.

Hey everyone! ughhh I just got done cutting grass and trimming the hedges and I have been busy since I got off work and that was 6 hours ago. But at least everything is done workwise for the weekend! The people coming who are buying the house are coming at 11lam so I can sleep in until around 10!(but my body won't let me ) anyways I am extremely tired so I will have to catch up here in the morning. I hope everyone has a great start to the weekend!
PS Misquitoes are so bad this year from all the rains we got in late winter and spring that they were even biting me in the middle of the afternoon!!! usually they are only bad in the darkness hours...Utah here I come...I am sure they are not as bad there!

Good evening! I picked my daughter up from her new job at Haagen Dazs a little while ago and she said she loves it. I'm so happy for her. And relieved too. We still didn't tell my husband she quit her other job. Guess we can tell him now, lol. I spent the day with my oldest because she didn't have work. It was nice but instead of running my errands we did some things for her. She needed a couple of things at the mall, we went to the seamstress to have a few things altered, and we finally had her IPhone fixed. I found someone who replaced the glass for $60. I was kind of nervous about not bringing it to Apple. Thankfully it came out perfect. Anyway, my husband cut the lawn after work today and then he decided to open the pool. This is early for us but he's excited about getting the yard ready for the summer. I'm getting tired but I think I'm going to read for a little while. The girls are all at parties so I guess I'll be up for a while. I hope everyone had a happy Friday!
