same problem here, LittleCS has been looking way to long for work, she has tried a couple of jobs but neither worked out for her. Can we blame Nafta too?

I think i got it outta the hospital as 2 others that was up with me have it to. last night i swore i was gonna die lol but its hard to kill a bad thing as they say over there :-D
Feel a lot better this evening i just hope my uncle does not take it as hes 73 and its sore on older people. so am cleaning everything with bleach and sprays ~} am even scared to give the dogs a treat and birds fruit
Weather is nice today a odd shower now and then. but think the rain is due back tomorrow

Hadn't thought of that ... good point!

I started three new plants from cuttings from the cactus and gave them away as Christmas gifts. One of them went to a co-worker who has it here in the office, and it's growing like crazy, the same as its mama plant.

It usually blooms only around Thanksgiving and Christmas, but when we got back from Maryland (the same day as the Marathon bombings), there was one single little bud on the cactus. It's getting bigger and looks like it's going to bloom in a couple days. It's a little eerie, because it's only one bud---as though the cactus is commemorating the bombing victims.

back from the zoo...had a great afternoon with Kandice and moms....bought a game on fleas market they had there....some cotton candy for Kandice and fed some of the animals....the merkats were the cutest....one is pregnant...and the stomach is three time as big as the rest of the poor animal.....I guess she is having 20 babies at once

what a lovely thought, I believe you are right, there are many amazing signs that are unexpected and beautiful amid the horrors that sometimes happen. These things remind us that the good remains no matter how some try to get rid of it.

I was at the zoo last 3 years ago, took a bus load of kids there for the
day. I am not a lover of zoos and would not go on my own, but I do know they are great for saving many species and for teaching people about animals. Kids sure love going. Glad you had a great day! That meerkat sounds like she is due soon, to bad they are born underground, would love to see the babies.

I just picked one up this morning. The woman didn't want to give it to me. She said I had to be a "member" to get a book, they weren't for customers :? Another worker chimed in and told her to give me one. Unbelievable.
