But first I am dropping my oldest and a few of her friends off at the train station. They are heading to a two day concert. I'm not crazy about it but she will be with a big group of friends. And they are all going to come home for the night and will then go back to the stadium tomorrow.

I hope they have fun and that you don't worry to much!!!!

I'm going to spend the evening out shopping with my daughter for some summer clothes for her, dad's treat.....Then I think well stop and get frozen yogurt! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a warm one here today with a high of 80 degree's. I ran to the gas station this morning and got 5 powerball tickets. So here's hoping. If that doesn't pan out, I'm going to ride with my neighbor down to the horse track to make a few bets on the Preakness. Maybe I can strike it rich there!!!! Okay not really. Maybe I'll at least win enough to cover the cost of the gas to drive back down there and cash in the ticket though. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a much cooler day, cloudy & rainy, with a high of only 59 degrees. I love days like this, too! Kind of Fall-like.

A friend of mine sent me an amazing little book! What a nice surprise!! It's called "The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year: 101 Inspiring Ways To Enjoy Christmas." I plan to read a page each morning to get an extra dose of Christmas daily!!

Well, I have lots to do today so better get some more coffee & get moving.

Loving the May weather! I hope Mr. doesn't have weekend work, so we can walk some. Hard to believe next weekend is Memorial Day weekend. I'm loving that too!

Okay, it's offical, I'm crazy. I bet on goldencents again for the Preakness tomorrow. I'm hoping the fact that there are 11 less horses will help him. I also put a few dollars on mylute. Orb will probably win again but he's 1-1 in the odds. So my track won't even let you put money on him.

I saw this article about "yarn bombing" (covertly covering objects in knitting and/or crochet) and thought: Can you imagine a group that covertly covered objects in public with Christmas lights and decorations? (At any time of year, of course.) "Christmas bombing"! Sounds like something that could happen if we all got together for that convention.

does anybody of You guys know Rizzoli and Isles? I love this show......Navy CIS is still my favorite criminal show.....but Rizzoli and Isles is a good second....I love the show....the leading women are so opposite...it is hilarious!!!

Yes, I've only seen it a few times...
but my Mom loves it!

She reads the books, too!! Says they're excellent!

Update on my niece- We don't have the official results yet because the test has to be sent to the children's hospital to be read by one of their specialists. The tech did tell my sister what he saw though.

He said that she has 2 heart murmur's and that one of the two holes in your heart that normally close shortly after you're born never closed on her. So her doctor should have the official results tomorrow and then she will be referred on to a Pediatric Cardiologist.

I was off work today to take care of some school stuff that needed to be done. I am now officially a graduate student as i enrolled in a masters program. Not sure exactly what I was thinking, but here goes. I'll get the summer off, at least.

Hello Christmas family
I haven't been here for weeks...
Busy with my daughter's Confirmation
And I have some other pain related issues to deal with...

My daughter had her Confirmation last Sunday
and Im still exhausted...
We had it here at home, with over thirty people in our living room
Beautiful day! Im so proud of my girl!


But I have missed you so much!
Being here I can feel the love for Christmas just
flowing through my heart...
And soon it's Christmas in July
I still have my e-cards from last year!
I just saw the one from Louann again... ♥

Tomorrow is Norway's Constitution Day (Independence Day)
so I have some preparations to do...
