Christmas Countdown - 2013

Good evening, friends!!

Hope you're having a wonderful Saturday!!

Adrian & I had a great time biking this morning! The rain stayed away, so we were happy about that. I loved exploring a new area of Eau Claire! It was amazing to see the Chippewa River, lots of old buildings & warehouses, coffee shops, antique stores, two beautiful parks, etc. Awesome!!

We are both exhausted =]

We've grilled out & plan to take Harlowe for a walk in a bit.

Then we'll watch tv a bit before we crash!

It has been a chilly day here, and very dreary. I have the whole long weekend off and no plans. I am going to my brothers place so he can do a bit of work on my van before we go to Vermont. He is also putting a rooftop carrier on it because we are bringing mom home with us and she always buys so much stuff when she is there.
There are going to be fireworks on Monday night so if it warms up we will go and watch otherwise just stay home where it is warm .

Good evening!
I am hiding in my bedroom with the animals because my husband is making a racket while he is working in the kitchen. I'm happy the girls are all out right now because they don't like to hear all of that noise either. My youngest is out with her friends. She was supposed to work all night but it ended up raining here and they didn't need her because it was slow. I am happy that she didn't have to go in, she has been working too much. And my middle one decided to try and get in to the same concert that her older sister is at today. She drove in with a group of friends and texted me to let me know they got tickets. The concert is at the Mets stadium. I hope its not raining there too since they are outside. I'm afraid to ask them, lol. I can't wait until they are home!
I don't have anything planned for the rest of the night, just going to try and relax and wait for my girls to get in.
I hope everyone is having a great evening so far!!

Gooood evening! Hope you are all doing great!

So, BradMac....Wifey said that she would like to go see the new Star Trek movie....here's my question....can you just jump and start watching and it make sense or do we need to watch the last few movies before we do that?

Going to go surf some Christmas sights and then check out the Greasy Skillet....see everyone later!

There are others, but I can't think of them right now. I know everyone wants to pronounce Natick as "nattick," but it's NAY-tick.

The race was pretty anti-climactic, but glad to see Gary Stevens won. We have liked him since the movie Seabiscuit. We also saw his write up in the Horse Racing Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs, NY.
