got my list of codes updated, now up to 82 of them. I have to go over them often so I do not forget the less used ones.
I love the challenge of learning more each week and seeing how much I can improve my scaning time.
I work again tomorrow so will see if they have the new lists up for our scaning speeds.
But now I am going to go upstars and go over them again and then read for awhile.

Nothing planned here, hubby is working & daughter is @ school. hubby will be off the rest of the week. we have lots planned to get done while he is off.

daughter's last day of school is friday. Yaay!

I've been to the rheumatologist (spelling?) had lots of blood work done, go back end of June, we will see...

daughter is having surgery on her feet june 5th. has hard nodules on the bottom of her feet that cause lots of pain. she will be out of motion for a while.

My thoughts are with both of you.

OK, posting is working so far....don't want to post too much @ 1x in fear I will get kicked off again so please bare w/ me.

I have missed everyone so much. FB just isn't as important as this place, ya' know?

My son, Will got the job w/ the city Po-po (police). he is on cloud 9, as we are too. he starts Wednesday @ 8 a.m. such a proud Mama right now.

Hmg-ur day sounds wonderful & I'll bring a salad for the BBQ, lol.

I will try to leave you all alone with all this Paul McCartney stuff but wanted you to see these 2 videos that we took. The whole experience is like Christmas to me!

This first one is to show you how close we are. You will see me pop my face into the screen briefly so you can tell how close. I am amazed because he was a dot on the stage in the past. Front row tickets cost $2000.00 face value (includes sound check) rows 2-5 are $1500.00 (includes sound check) so us getting these seats for a much lower cost is a dream come true and we had the view they had (to the side of course)! This is before his first encore, you will also see where Paul walks off behind stage. Not too many people can see him in that area.

The second video is his song, Live and Let Die, with lots of pyrotechnics. Being that close you could really feel the burn and the floor shake! Even when I saw him at Cowboys Stadium in nosebleed seats you could feel the heat.

After a series of gray, wet, chilly days, we have brilliant sunshine today, and it's supposed to get to the low 70s(F). Hooray!

After today, a four-day workweek, and then we're off for a week to visit dear Gloria! (That's her above, squashing her nose against the window.)

I hope the week moves quickly for you.

Good evening.
It was beautiful out today, sunny but not too hot. My husband decided to take a break from working inside the house. We planted some flowers and then he continued to do yard work. My girls are all in and the two that worked today are exhausted. The outlets were crazy busy. My daughter said the line at Haagen Dazs was out the door all day. I have a feeling it is going to be like that all summer. She didn't look too happy when she got home. I think we may be job hunting again soon, lol. Anyway, the girls go back to school tomorrow so my alarm will be going off at 5:00 a.m.

That's not too far away from Ben & Jerry's Factory, right? Didn't you go there last year?

I would love to go there.

Also, I just read that some areas of northern Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York received 34 inches of snow over the weekend. Crazy!

chocolate chip oatmeal cookies baked and cooling.
I would have burned the last batch if it were not for Pocket...she came in the living room, meowed, put her feet up where my hand was and started tapping it, then looked at the kitchen. Suddenly it hit me I did not hear the timer go off. Got the cookies out just in time!

Smart kitty, I think she wanted a cookie. cheesy

Very busy day here, got up and mowed and trimmed the yard. Had a cookout with all the fixin's, but we forgot to cook our corn on the cob. I hate when we do that. I am exhausted, I work my late shift tomorrow for inventory and have Wednesday off. Just listening to some rare recordings of The Move I discovered online awhile back, some amazing stuff.

Headed to sleep soon.
