I need to do some things around the house to prepare for my folks coming, and the usual of walking Harlowe & studying. I also need to pack a little bag for when I head up north tomorrow for the party.

Made and Merry, I had to tell you both this, but for some really weird reason, I now have the Kringle radio (green Box) on both of the PC's that I use.. It was like; poof, one minute it wasen't there and the next minute It just appeared!!! I don't know....

Twelve weeks, Binger......1-2......O.M.G. Mini-me is on her way......eeeeeeeekkkkkkk.......

That last Wednesday at the Pines is going to be a humdinger.....

Enjoy this time, make sure you and Dr Wifey go on lots of dates, everything changes once the little one arrives, it's a great change, but date nights are harder to come by. cheesy

Good morning Festive Spirit! I didn't get too much sleep last night either, I hope you can get some rest today. I may try to squeeze in a nap later.
I am planning my July 4th barbecue, just finished my menu plan. I need to go food shopping either today or tomorrow. I am having my parents and my brother and his family over. Two of my girls are working, I'm not happy about that. I really miss them when they aren't here for family get togethers!

Awww that's a shame the girls will be at work , I hope they can atleast part take in some of the festivities once they finish their shifts.

I hope you can get some rest today!!!!!

I think we are having a cookout at my sister's house and then watching the fireworks from her house.

I love fireworks, it's been ages since I have seen a proper display. Later in the year we will get our first taste of it on Bonfire night when the neighbours do their own.

I know what you mean about going back to bed! It is almost 4pm here now so that isn't going to happen for me lol. Enjoy your walk with Harlowe and I hope you get alot of studying covered before all the festivities begin!!

Thanks for the great responses to my post, it is nice to know I am missed when I am not on here for a while. I think another 2 weeks went by, oh well at least it wasn't 2 months. I am ready for this week to end already, so many people are on vacation this week. I didn't get out of work until 10:15 PM, I am supposed to be out by 9:00 PM.

I didn't know my husband stopped by! Surprise surprise! (He is more of a slacker than me! :wink. I was asleep when he was here and I am up before him so he hasn't had a chance to tell me!

It's Tuesday, I am home, but I still have to get used to having the kids and the wife home with me, plus we are watching our niece. The AC is pumping, it is so humid out, the thermometer said it was 86*f in the house when we got up.
I really would love to do something Christmassy today, but maybe after the parade on the 4th, our town Christmas store will be open, they usually are but that waits to be seen.

Raining, raining, raining. Gosh, it's wet around here. But, that beats being too dry.

Not much happening today. I'm going with the family to Jacob's guitar lessons and the weekly Walmart trip.

Hi everyone one, hope your having a great Tuesday. I'm on a day off, so I've spent the day food shopping and cleaning. Had an hour at the gym though which was good. I'm starting to get back into the swing again after being away for a long time. Have to get into fighting condition for the Christmas season lol. Afternoon already and I still have not checked in here!
I did however get the living room cleaned up, a couple of loads of laundry done, told my son to mow the lawn, took my daughter out to pick up groceries, and now making lunch.
Other than that I have had nothing to do today.

Not so weird---looks like the players were replaced with a different interface. Instead of embedded players, now there are links to web pages that play the streams. (Anyway, that's what I see on my browser!)

As of 11 a.m., Mr. still hadn't been visited by a neurosurgeon. His surgical team think he's healing really well and showing no signs of infection, but he needs a neurosurgeon to say that before they'll consider releasing him from the hospital. The suspense is gnawing at me. It's the difference between his coming home in a day or two versus more surgery and a couple weeks in the hospital. He looks good, sounds good, is eating well, and feels pretty well considering what he's been through, but we just don't have the final word yet. I appreciate all your prayers ... looks like they're being heard ... please send up a few more, if you will. I'll be visiting him again after work.

Happens to us, too ... sometimes I just reach over and shake Mr.'s hand after we've just said the same thing simultaneously.

Our Baby went in for surgery. The vet found three more growths that turned out to be cancerous. He "woke" her up and she passed out. She still has not revived. It is really hard to type this as she will not be coming home. How hard it is to be the mom and dad of a furchild.
