I have read several references and memories of caninemom today and while I was re reading earlier posts I found this one she posted way back in January of this year. I thought it was so like her.
(this was addressed to seawaters, so I hope you do not mind me borrowing it to share today)
Now she is our Christmas angel....

Hey all...stopping by to say hello on a horribly hot and humid day in southeastern Wisconsin. I took my little grandson to the Mall today to play and blow off some steam so his mama could have some quiet time with his 6 week old brother. We had fun and the highlight for my little guy is to have his pumpkin bread at Starbucks with Nana. Today he took my face and pulled me to him with a mouth full of pumpkin bread to give me a big kiss! He makes me smile and feel very loved!
I hope you all are having a wonderful summer day and staying safe if you are in the midst of this heatwave.
