Good afternoon everyone! So glad the workday is over just 3 more to go until the long Holiday weekend! Schools around here started back yesterday and I can't believe how much traffic that added to my usually short commute but I need to leave a little early now in the mornings. Not much to really else comment on except over the weekend we went to Petsmart and they have their Halloween pet costumes out and they are so cute....Snowball and Kylee must HATE Halloween around here cause they get costumes and when we take their pictures you can see the looks of disdain on their faces it's like we are degrading them or something...I have not decided what to get them this year but we stayes and looked forever I bet they get even more in before late October. I don't know what is for dinner tonight I bet I am cooking too!!!

I was at Hallmark the other day, and picked up a Keepsake ornament that I have been wanting for over a year now. It's a 2012, called A Carol By Candlelight. It's of an old country church, and lights up & plays Silent Night. It sounds like it is being played by one of those old-fashioned church organs. Love it. And I got it for 75% off during a sidewalk sale, sweet!

Took a pic of it, and managed to get sleeping beauty, too =)

Bless her heart, I hope she feels better soon. Jacob has a bad cold, but he's been wanting to go to school, anyway. Now that I think about it, that's pretty weird. :-D

I was just there & saw some adorable angel wings for Harlowe!!

Also a really cute pumpkin costume, too...decisions!!

It's funny to see Bret Michael's designs, I used to worship him as an 80's God!!

I am sure you will make her feel better soon. What are her symptoms? For some odd reason, I started running a fever, almost cold-like symptoms. I try to keep an eye on things like this so I don't get an infection. Hopefully there will come a day when that won't be so problematic for me.

Well my day at work was short lived. Anna is home sick, so i am at home with her. Hope y'all are having a great day!

Hope she gets well soon, there seems to be a lot of flu bugs flying around here at the moment, it's too early for them that's what January & Feb are for!!

She has a bad cold...ear ache, cough, and stuffy nose. I had it last week and got better soon...hope she does! Hope you are all better.

You are so right, Joyfully Yours. I would love it if my grandmothers were alive today.

Wonderful, I'm very happy that you are able to have your loving grandmother around, what a blessing for sure!
Mine passed away when I was at the age of 15, the day after new years, which was the day I was released from the hospital after having my appendix, and some intestine removed. The doctor refused to allow me to travel, back in the sixties surgery was not as it is now.
I was devastated by the huge loss of my Grandmother's love, and not being able to say goodbye. But the Gracious Lord meant it for good, that I only remember her as being alive, and NOT viewing her at the funeral.
So count every day a blessing for the Love of your Grandmother, and be there for her 100th!
