Good Morning, Weary Weekend Wassail Watchers.

Well, if it's too early to start watching for wassails, at least watch this:
Days to the Season: 74
Days to Christmas Day: 116
Two weeks from the day after tomorrow - the 100-day Christmas Day Window will open onto the start of our double-double digits count.
And then ---- the fast track to the Season!
(Now that's good for wassails you, right?)

Comfortable weather is still with us, albeit a tad more humid.
Should be a nice weekend with little chance of rain.
We record 69 degrees here at this hour.

Good morning, everyone! How are you? I am well! Enjoying my weekend so far!

Last night, my family came over and we had a cook out and we had a campfire. Today, is the city's Labor Day parade. DH has to march with the fire department for the honor guard and EA will be twirling baton, so I will be with her in the parade, as baton mom. My family is going and watching and will have DS. We're going to come back to my house, have a picnic, spend the day here, then go to a minor league baseball game tonight. It will be a lot of fun!!!

I know I am falling behind on the posts, but I want you to know I am thinking about you guys. I will try to get caught up some tomorrow! Hope you all have a great day! I will be checking in at some point. God Bless and keep smiling!

I am enjoying my morning sitting here with my coffee .....My kids start school next week so we have been busy getting the routines out back in place. With all this talk of books today, I did pick up a new book on Amazon last night it is called "Merry Christmas!: Celebrating America's Greatest Holiday" by Karal Marling it goes into in depth history of wrapping paper, shows, movies, songs. It is the perfect book for a Christmas nerd like myself. cheesy

I enjoy the sort of book with various information in it. The first time I read it straight through, then after that I just pick it up and browse through it leisurely when I'm in the mood. This sounds like a good "browse book"!

Gray and muggy weather here, and that's supposed to last through Monday Oh, well, it's good movie weather! I still have some paperwork to slog through. I hate to mess with it during a long weekend, but the sooner it's done the better.
