Good Morning MMC!!! It's going to be a nice day here with a high of 79. My agenda for this week is to give my apartment a good deep cleaning and to put out my fall decor. I'm pretty sure I will get the fall stuff out but the deep cleaning, we will see how much sleep I get. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!

I think it will, Star, 'cause Benadryl is the brand name for ... diphenhydramine! For itching, it works either as an ointment or as a pill. It's also used as a sleep aid, so hopefully you can sleep tonight. I hope those bites are better soon. They were very unpleasant to see.

itching not so bad this morning, still looks terrible. I did sleep well, but had to take them every 4 hours so had to wake twice to do so, but did go righ back to sleep again.

Wow. Three inches of rain in our rain guage yesterday morning.
We are due for a dry day! (And hopefully, that will be today.)
Currently, we are at 74 degrees here in the capital city.

Good evening,

It was long day at work today, but at least it was time and a half. My better half finished making the Linzer pinwheels while I was at work, I came home and ate a handful of them, they are so good! I have a day off tomorrow, it will be LC and me on his last day before he starts kindergarten, I still can't believe my little guy is starting kindergarten. It seems just like yesterday I first met and held him for the first time. JP is going to help him get use to going around the school for the first few days. He is looking forward to going to school with his little brother.

It is first day of school for all this kids here too. Hope LC enjoys school, it is great that his big brother will be there to.

So exciting, time is going so fast it seems. Now that school is back Christmas stuff will begin to be put out in the stores.

Ugh Back to work but I am going to make the most of it! We had a great weekend visiting with some friends back east. They plan on coming back when the snow starts falling to ski! We are at the weird time of year where summer weather is still here but schools are back in session everywhere now but it's still a bit early to call it Fall or Halloween time yet. When the weather starts to really cool down hopefully by the end of the month or the beginning of Oct. then Fall will officially be here. Some people go ahead and decorate for fall and that is cool and a few years ago I did too right after labor day but I decided for me personally I will wait until early October and that is really close! Time does fly I just can't believe we are about to enter another Holiday Season! Well I have rambled on enough I hope everyone has a great day!! Talk to yall soon!

To end my little blurb, I just want to mention I had a sort of Christmassy dream the other night.
I was heading to the little Christmas store in my town, and when I got there they were moving all the Christmas decorations and putting clothes in it's place. I asked what was going on, and they said the Christmas store was no more and it was being replaced. NOOOOOOOOO! I woke up and realized it was just a dream, phhheeewww! That was close to being a nightmare. cheesy

Good morning, good morning!

We had a nice and busy weekend. Yesterday Wayne was off work but he went with me to my job to help feed all the animals since we are closed. Our business is located on the path of the Labor Day Parade so we also got to watch some of that as well.

We were both up very early yesterday and decided to load up the bikes to take to the lake to ride before heading to my job. The sun was just starting to rise and already 80 degrees and humid but we really wanted to ride our bikes. He put them on the bike rack, I went to get our helmets to take to the car, stepped outside and heard a loud hissing sound. My tire went flat! One of our stray kitties was sitting on the car looking frightened, I bet he thought it was a large kitty hissing at him. Poor kitty! We unloaded the bikes and headed to the lake anyway, took a nice walk and fed the ducks while we were there. We got out there before 7 am and it was hot! I did get the flat fixed so we will try to go bike riding next weekend.

I am glad it is September and will be really happy when we are not topping near 100 degree temps! :thumbsup:

Afternoon or morning to most of you! Last day of school holidays today! The days are about to become alot more hectic which means the next few weeks are going to fly by! I can't wait for October, this is when I get really excited.

Update to my Monopoly mishap , the saga continues. I spoke to them this morning and they said they obviously have codes mixed up which is whi I keep getting the wrong version. They are looking into it further and will contact me to let me know if they can source me the one I want. Fingers crossed! Anyway I know this all so very trivial in the big scheme of things........
