So busy today ... I can feel my brain slowing down. I hope I'm released by 5:30 tonight. I have more things to get done at home, though.

Could be some nasty storms tonight. We'll see what happens.

I faithfully went through the posts since last night. The day wouldn't be complete if I didn't read about my favorite people.

Tomatoes are almost ready to come out of the water bath - yay! I was going to make some end of the season pickles tonight, but I figure I don't have enough time to what with all the other stuff I still have to take care of yet. I want to go to bed at a decent time for a change!

On that note, I wish all of you most MERRY dreams tonight!!! :sparkle:

I always loved canning fresh fruit and vegies, but I have to say I do not miss all that work! Just miss the flavor of it and the joy of opening it in the winter knowing that I made it myself. I still do a few things but not nearly as much as I used to.
Hope you get it all done!

A fellow worker at the store does the family Christmas in July, they decorate the whole house, set up the tree, everything we do at Christmas in December.

Been a busy day here, lots of running around that took longer than we expected. But I did find some nice things.

Oh come on, I would have no idea how to take my voice and run it through a series of filter's on the computer to make it sound like Carl's. I would also have no idea how to program my phone to make it show up as the phone number for the pines on someone else's caller id. I'm just not that cunning.

Believe me, I know Carl's voice! Y'all would be surprised all that crazy camel tells me. Very surprised!

Evening! Or morning to most of you LOL!

I just picked up my eldest from school and I am about to start dinner. Is it me or does anyone else think that the days just seem to go by so fast. I mean it is Friday tomorrow!

DH has applied for a different position in his company, he is a bit stressed out in his current role and has been looking to change departments. I would really appreciate it if you all could say a little pray/send best wishes his way. It would mean a great deal to us. Thanks!

Will do, Star! I should be OK. I'll just make sure to set my alarm for about 6:30 AM on Saturday rather than 6:45! We should have a later start on Sunday, so I will look forward to sleeping in a little before updating then.
