Good afternoon,

I slept in until almost 930 this morning!!!! Then we had chocolate chip pancakes and turkey bacon for breakfast, so far it's been a good day.

Now if the Bengals can beat the Packers it will really be a good day!!!!

I may have to run out to get a new faucet for the kitchen sink, ours has sprung a major leak that can't be fixed with duct tape. cheesy

I hope you all have a great day.

Next week is Strictly Come Dancing which is just a British way of saying Dancing with the Stars. Can wait a little longer for that one but ......DOWNTON!!!!

Excited much??!!!!

I definitely want an artificial tree that looks more real, I love my trees but I miss the real look.
that is why I love my artificsal tree, it looks so real you have to touch it to know it is not (or smell it!) We have had it for 5 years already and it still looks great

Back for the chocolate! :hi:

Congrats on your win, Xmas!!

My friend posted pictures from a cabin they are staying at in Truckee, CA this weekend and guess what? IT WAS SNOWING!!!!!!!

That is so awesome!

Christmas tree guy is getting tired!!! No plug to plug the tree into. Couldn't get the top of the tree to go in. I can't wait to see how it goes in another 5 or 6 hours!!!

I know - that worried me a little when we were ordering the tree!

LOL!!!! I hope so too!!!!

I'm still seriously thinking about getting one too. I just have to make up mind if I really want to spend $350 on a 6.5 foot tree right now or not.

We needed a new one so bad. We were still using a tree that we had got from his grandparents, so it was old. We truly deserved a new one and we have cathedral ceilings, so it will look beautiful in our house. I'm very exciting!

:playing: Can you share a picture?

Trivia for you vintage movie buffs: Parts of Charlie Chaplin's "The Gold Rush" were shot in Truckee, standing in for the Yukon.
