Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a decent day here with a high in the mid 60's. I'm heading out to my sister's here in a few to help with my niece's kids birthday party and then the family party will be after that. I need to run to the store to get a few things too. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Star- Have a great time today!!!!!!! I'm sure that going there will cheer you right up.

Good morning MMC!
I'm moving slow this morning, just relaxing with a cup of coffee. It is lightly raining out but it is supposed to clear up soon. We will have temperatures in the upper 50's today. I still need to walk the dogs. I also need to go to the supermarket and do my food shopping. I went to the butcher already, I stopped in yesterday. I ordered my turkey for Thanksgiving while I was there. The girls are all working today, my husband has off but will be working on the house. If I finish up all of my chores early enough I may head out later this afternoon to do some more Christmas shopping. I may concentrate on my parents today, still not sure about what I want to get them.

Good morning, friends! Hope this finds you doing well! Haven't been here since the countdown...it's sure been one hectic week. We had a state audit yesterday which has consumed about the past three weeks of my life and then a playoff game last night. At least one of them went great, the playoff games wasn't so good.

Today, Dr. Wifey and I are off to go Christmas shopping and grocery shopping. Little Bambina is going to hang out with her granny...

It has been such a cool couple of days...she is starting to smile at us and interact (a little). Sure is fun!

Well, I'm off. Got a lot to do today and I need to get it started. Hope yall have a good one!

Good morning everyone! A Good Christmas Season Morning, I should say.

I missed my visit yesterday. Oops! It was a busy day. I received a call to teach in the morning. I had only one day for the week prior, so it was great to get back into the classroom and get two full days of work - and pay. Otherwise, it was a fairly busy day. My dad, Kim and I went out for dinner and then to the Bruins vs. Senators game. Unfortunately, the Bruins lost. My dad is a diehard Bruins fan, and cheer for them by association. They're my second team... They didn't play very well. Oh well. It was great to spend some time with him. He left for the Sault this morning. It was a short but fun visit. And, I'll be back home in nearly a month!

As for today, we're to experience some above seasonal temperatures in Ottawa. The Christmas Season? It feels like mid-October! Temperatures are to reach into double digits/mid 50s this afternoon. Not bad! One last gasp of warmth before we head into the cold, chilling Christmas freeze.... Not that I am complaining.

Kim is gone basically all afternoon. I don't really have any plans. I should probably go visit the Rideau Centre, but I'll see how I feel in a couple hours. It's the first weekend of the Christmas Season, I should be out enjoying all the sights and sounds!

I hope everyone has a great Saturday. Continue enjoying the Christmas Season! We've waited all year for this!
