I have been out shopping, having a visit with a friend and cleaning up around here.

Will be making a stir fry for dinner. We are trying to get more plant based foods in our diet and eliminate more of those processed foods. So tonight will be a chicken stir fry with lots of vegies. Cantaloupe for dessert.

In other news, today we went to the Arboretum and I just didn't feel too well the whole time we were there. I think I am coming down with a cold! My dad just got over his so I hope I didn't catch it. I have been laying in bed since I got home. Maybe a good nights sleep will make me feel better!

I have been eating like that for a few years. It's easy once you get into the habit. Don't get me wrong, I do eat a little processed stuff from time to time but majority of the time I eat very well. Good luck to you! If you ever have any questions about healthy eating let me know! I am not an expert but I study a lot on the subject.

By the way, I still love talking about all the holiday goodies on here! I just can't eat most of it! (food allergies and food intolerance)

I never feel good in arboretums, to hot and muggy for me (which is why I am not a fan of summer ) Hope you feel better quick

This is an outdoor Arboretum, 66 acres of beautiful flowers, trees and ponds. Right now the temps are mild and feels nice outside but will be way too hot to go there once the triple digits hit. We have a membership there so not sure we will be able to go for the whole summer unless we get some temps below 90 degrees, I hope!

I will get some links sent to you, probably tomorrow! I am about to watch American Idol then get some sleep. =)
 
Well mom's appointment went okay. Her blood level was 2.1. So just barely in the good range. That is on a dose that would make most people bleed like crazy. The doctor was laughing that she was going to make mom move in with her so she could monitor her everyday and adjust her dose as needed. She also said that she was having nightmare's about her. LOL!!!!!! They kept her on the same dose though and she goes back next Wednesday to have it checked again.

Other than that, everything else looked good.
