Christmas Countdown - 2014

Hope you all had a great holdiday weekend!

I had Fri off as well so it was nice to have that extra day. Back to work today and here in CT it is a nice 80 degrees for now anyway tommorrow is supposed to be 65.

Pretty quiet week planned...my daughter has softball games today, tomororw and Thursday. We are supposed to get storms tonight so I would not mind if one was canceled tonight.

Hope you all have a great day my Christmas friends. I am looking forward to Christmas in July and the Hallmark movies. :yahoo:

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be another hot day here in central Indy so I'm trying to get all of my chores done before it gets to bad. Other than that, I don't have to much going on here today. Just need to do some work on the computer. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been hot and humid here too so the weather could have something to do with Molly not feeling well. It also looks like she has some kind of skin condition starting, the veterinarian thinks she has dermatitis. I started her on an antibiotic and they also sent me home with a medicated shampoo. Maybe she feels uncomfortable from that, I don't know. Hopefully the antibiotic and shampoo will do the trick.

Praying the shampoo and the antibiotic helps Molly! I hope you both are able to sleep tonight! {{{HUGS}}}

I literally can't get out my driveway!
We had a nice time yesterday with kids and grandkids and a simple barbecue supper.

Worked on a project all day and played phone tag with my cousin. We have tentative plans for Friday ~ hope everything works out so we can visit. It is comfortable temperature-wise, but the mosquito problem is very bad as there is a lot of standing water around the area yet. One of the little pests kept me awake most of the night ~ funny how loud and irritating one buzzing insect can be when you are tired! Chores are waiting for me and then I think I will spend a bit of time working on one of my Christmas gifts ~ good way to relax!

Home again, supper done and now relaxing and reading through the posts to see how everyone's days went.
It is warm here, cloudy and maybe some rain on the way.
I have a lot of cake stuff to work on in the next couple of days.

I also have to get a new windshield for my van. A passing big - rig threw a stone at it and put a nice big crack in it. :sad:
