It's been a hectic day so far , I really appreciate a little time to collect myself. Baby is having a nap and my other son is playing. Brrrr it's cold. While we were out I actually noticed two people wearing Christmas jumpers! For a moment I thought I'd walked through a time warp and Christmas was here.............

I'm so glad your dental appointments went well! How cool that you saw a few folks wearing Christmas jumpers ~ love that! Merry dreams, Festive!

I do love how different the cats personalities are, they are so much fun. I really don't mind that Bentley has all of that energy, it's fine as long as he isn't attacking the other animals! Even then, I know he just wants to play. That silly boy doesn't know his own strength.

It has been a year of 'last time'. Our only child (Ethan) is finishing up his senior year of high school. His baseball career is now over. Senior day at our last home game was tough. He has played organized baseball since he was 5. We attended our final high school academic and sports banquets this week. The Baccalaureate service for seniors is at our church on June 4. He graduates high school June 6 and will give the closing prayer at graduation. I'm sure I will lose my manhood that day.

Move-in day at Gardner Webb University is August 15. We will begin a new chapter in our lives. Not sure I'm ready for it.

Enough of me pouting... Have a blessed day everyone.

Thank you! It was kind of crazy through early afternoon, but not as intense as yesterday. They brought in a temp to help out with the workload today. She told me they had asked her to come yesterday too, but she wasn't able to come---that's why it was so crazy yesterday! I didn't know they had tried and failed to get some extra help. So I guess I did two proofreaders' worth of work yesterday!
