Thank you Snowflake!! It was nice to be able to sit at talk with him for a little while. We had breakfast and Lunch together, then he "supervised" me, While I did a couple of small tasks while I was down there....:wink:

Whewww, I just got done doing 5 hours of grass cutting, took a shower, ate dinner (hotdogs on the grill) and I guess in a few more minutes, I'm going to get into a couple of more things before I call it quits for the day!

LOL! You know something, when it starts to be in June, my mind and my eyes are keeping a look out for the first signs, of when the stores may start to either stock up on or put out Halloween and Christmas stuff.... :thumbsup:

Yupper doodles!!!! We are starting to get excited, now that he will be here in less than 2 weeks. I stopped at BJ's on my way home today and bought a whole bunch of food and such in anticipation for his arrival home next week. Can't never have enough food in the house when you got a 21 year old boy and a 19 year old girl still living at home....

Well my Buddy who was causing all of the drama last year is getting divorced. Finally. Hopefully he realizes his mistakes and can finally get his life on track. Judging from the stories I head this morning when he stopped by though, I'm not holding out a lot of hope.

divorce is hard even when necessary. I hope he can recover from this all and make some positive changes.

Oh I know, I really starting to get stoked about we are at the threshold of the halfway point till Christmas. Soon we will start seeing the bikinis with the half price stickers on them and the winter clothes starting to fill the racks in July; LOL!!!!!! (a little sarcasm)~

With this being our new home, and I'm tearing out the electrical in the basement, I'm starting to think ahead about running new dedicated 20 amp circuits from the panel to outdoor outlets for Christmas and Halloween light. It's never to early to start planning ahead!!!!!:lol:

Good morning!
It is going to be a beautiful day, sunny with temperatures in the lower 70's.
Today is my Daddy's birthday. My parents decided to go to their place in Pennsylvania, they left early this morning. So we ended up getting together last night to see them and to have birthday cake. And my mother is now officially retired, she had a little part time job that she was holding on to but she finally decided to give notice a couple of weeks ago. Her last day was this past Thursday. They are looking forward to spending a lot more time in Pennsylvania. I'm happy for them, they really enjoy it there.
Not too much going on today. I'm heading out to Rite Aid soon to pick up a couple of things for my daughter. Seems like she's coming down with something, she felt awful last night before she went to bed. Thankfully she has off from work today, I'm hoping she'll feel better after getting some rest.
Other than that, I'll be working on some chores around the house. I also need to get a pot of sauce started soon. I think I'm going to make stuffed shells today. I wanted to make them last week but was too lazy, lol.

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! It's going to be hot here in Central Indy with a high of 87 and high humidity once again. I have to admit, when I read the farmers almanac prediction that we would have a hot summer after that winter that we had, I didn't believe it. I'm starting to change my mind now though!!! LOL!!!! Not much on my agenda for today. I may run a few errands but most of the day I'm going to spend watching racing coverage. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Aww, June 1st. That can only mean one thing. Time to start scoping out Hobby Lobby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Christmas craft kits should start coming out now and then the decor items in July!!!!!!
