speaking of kitchens, mine is clean again. Supper is done and now I can relax, except I just noticed I forgot to vacuum the living room, so I think I will do that quick so I can truly relax!

Good morning friends. Happy first day of summer! The kids have been out if school for a month and summer has been in swing for a while. But after today, the days will get just a bit shorter...and we all know what that means! The second half of the year is my favorite, starting with July, so I'm excited!

This morning is my great-grandma's funeral. There is a lot of family in town. I hope you all have a great day!

The scariest movie I watched as a kid was Cujo. I saw it when I was 8-9 years old, and have not been able to watch horror flicks since.

I read the book first so wasn't able to watch the movie all the way through ~ too sad.

Good evening, guys. It's been very busy here and the weekend is going to busy too. I'm slowly reading the posts. I've read some of yesterday's, but I'm still behind. I'll get caught up eventually!

Tomorrow we're headed to Pittsburgh for the weekend, to celebrate our anniversary. It's not until July, but Luke Bryan is playing tomorrow, so we bought tickets for that and will spend some of Sunday out there too.

The doctor hears "crackling" in Maggie's lungs which could be fluid so she's starting an antibiotic again in case there's an infection. We're also increasing her cough suppressant. I'm going to see how she does with the meds before I order the holistic kit that I was looking in to. Fingers crossed, I'll let you know how it goes.

Fun times here!

My Dad is home from work (usually is home about 2 months out of the year). This time he is staying a while. He is having knee replacement (on the other leg) so he will be here for a while. Hate that he is having surgery, but we got to shoot our bows this morning, preparing for bow season. Just one of those times we really enjoyed ourself.

Now, we are about to head to a swim party. Pizza, ice cream, cake, water, and the Bambina...perfect afternoon to me. Y'all have a great one and I will see y'all tonight.

I will keep your dad in my prayers!
