Christmas Countdown - 2014

Good afternoon!
This day is flying by. I've been spinning around in circles since I woke up. My daughter is in a lot more pain today but the pain pills are helping so that's good. I thought today would be quiet but I've been in and out of my daughter's room non stop to check on her and see if she needs anything. I'm trying to work on some chores as well and I really need to run a couple of errands this afternoon. And I'm going to get a pot of chicken soup started as soon as I finish my cup of coffee, I'm hoping my daughter will eat that for dinner.
I wish I had more time to post but I've got to run, I'll pop back in later. I hope everyone is well. Enjoy the rest of your day!

I was just sort of browsing thru some of the Weather sites that I have bookmarked and I came across the Weather Centers predictions for this coming 2014-2015 winter season as follows:

For the Mid-Atlantic: A cooler than normal winter with above average precipitation is currently favored. Snowfall is projected to be above normal.

For the Northeast: A cooler than normal winter with above average precipitation is currently favored. Snowfall is projected to be above normal.

Oh Yes! Looks like the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast is predicted to get clobbered again....I just love the snow~ Now, that thought alone really gets me all excited..... laying:

REALLY???? I'm with ya - I love the snow! It's the "cooler than normal winter" that I didn't want to see! It was just way too long & cold last winter. Booooo!!! LOL! But what am I going to do about it???

Sorry to hear that your daughter is in some pain, but glad the pain medication is helping to relieve it.

I was craving some Fall retail therapy, so I went "window shopping" on my lunch break:

And then I hit Bath and Body Works, too!
