You can order the grinds from whole bean all the way down to Turkish powder. They sell pods for the Keurig too, but coffee filter type pods, not those plastic pop in things made for the Keurig systems. Love that!!!

The school cancellations are now up to 32, but our town is still not on the list, yet.

I have to take my mother in law and her dog to the vet tomorrow, her dog is 16 years old and he hasn't eaten anything in a week. We have all wheel drive now, so I volunteered to bring them so she doesn't miss the appointment due to the weather. If you all could, please say a prayer or a thought for her dog Billy, he isn't doing too well.

The school cancellations are now up to 32, but our town is still not on the list, yet.

I have to take my mother in law and her dog to the vet tomorrow, her dog is 16 years old and he hasn't eaten anything in a week. We have all wheel drive now, so I volunteered to bring them so she doesn't miss the appointment due to the weather. If you all could, please say a prayer or a thought for her dog Billy, he isn't doing too well.

They always know when it's time to rest and your mum will be heartbroken... I truly feel for her. I know she has your loving shoulder ready.

I found several packets of Jarrah limited edition mint madness hot chocolate in my desk drawer left over before we went on leave... SCORE!!! It says 99% fat free so, apart from the sugar, it MUST be good for me!!!

Just finished our last tradition of the season. Putting the note with the count down in the tree tote in the attic then taking a picture of it. 330 days until our tree goes up again I think its nice that my college age sons humor me by going up in the attic to place the note with me.

I don't have the VitaMix I only have blenders picked up cheap because i break them I expect too much from them!! I do however have the same Kitchen Aid in red!!!

You can find reconditioned ones on eBay for a good price. My mom still has her's that she bought in the early 80s. It's never broken.

One of my resolutions is to try to post at least once on MMC every single day. Why? I love this place and to me, it's not about just being here around Christmas-time. I like to keep in touch with you all because we've grown to be good friends. I like to see how everyone is doing, how everyone is feeling, and what's new with you and your families.



I am going to try my absolute best to keep my resolution. There are 1,440 minutes in a day - there is no excuse as to why I can't spend at least 5-10 minutes on here every day! ♥



I have been applying for jobs like crazy the past week or so. It's so nervewracking! I have received a lot of emails for positions that I am not interested in. I guess it's going to take some time and patience, that's for sure! I applied for two I am really interested in at the end of last week. I don't think I will hear back until late this week or next week (if at all) because of New Years Eve/New Years Day.



You all have been chatty! Off to catch up on 27 pages - lol!

We're supposed to get it worse out here in the east. They're saying 8 to 14 inches now. Light snow from late tonight through late afternoon tomorrow, then we get the bulk of it overnight, then it's supposed to taper off Friday morning.

It's starting to get real here. Wooohoooo!
2 schools have already canceled the next 2 days, not our town yet though.

Well the outdoor lights are down The inside stuff will come down on Sunday the 5th, 12th day of Christmas. Preparing to get back into the swing of things. It's kind of sad but I had a lovely Christmas and I'm glad I found this forum. Honestly, some really lovely people here. :-D
