Real nice here yesterday. Plenty of sun, no rain, moderate temps and lower humidity.
Could we really be in that brief zone here in the south where it's really comfortable or is this just a fluke? We'll see what today brings.
Anyway, it has started off at 62 degrees.

Continues chilly here, even heard the "F" word in the weather report this morning. Yes, frost is predicted overnight on Friday!!! That should add nice color to the trees.

Taking mom out of town for the day so I should go and get ready.

Merry morning all!

It's been a busy morning. Mr. Festive is off sick so I had to go to the chemist after the school run for some medicine. On my way there I popped into one of the local stores and sure enough Christmas stuff was out! Not everything yet but quite a lot. As I was walking into the shop a lady blurted out to me 'Christmas stuff is out'. It was great to see someone else so excited lol!

Lots of Halloween stuff too! I have seen a couple ceramic ghost and pumpkin lanterns I would like to get. They are only 1.00 each so hey why not right?

When I came home, I spent the entire morning cleaning and doing laundry. I need to catch up with some work at some point today though.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's another foggy, muggy morning, but it should clear up to about 88°.

I rode by Bernie's after work yesterday, and I could smell the smoker running. I went inside and he had smoked chickens, boston butts & ribs. Wow, that smelled good! I left with two chickens and some bread. Smoked chicken sandwiches were a great supper.

Snowflake, always enjoying the pictures you post!!!

I can't drink beer either, I think it tastes awful, and alcohol does the same thing to me which is why I only have a glass of wine once in awhile. So we will stick with other drinks and stay away from the key board ! LOL

I actually like the taste of beer and had no issues drinking it. Not anymore! Suddenly I have all these food allergies.

What a sweetie!!!

I remember my parents taking me to a drive in theater to see it when I was 5 years old, because they thought my cousin looked like John Belushi.

My parents took me to see Blues Brothers at the movie theater when it was first released. It was a full audience and lots of thunderous laughter through the whole movie!

Funny, I was thinking it was some sort of dessert/pastry type thing. cheesy

Exactly what I thought it was!!!

I hope to have some time tomorrow to catch up here, fingers crossed!
