Is Ragweed bothering anyone else, this time of year, because my allergies have been killing me for the past couple of days. Around these parts, the pollen is thru the roof....

I hope you can find some relief soon! My allergies have been plaguing me for a week or so ~ today I am utterly miserable.

Please pray right away for this little girl and her family:

Oxford OPP assisting in search for a missing 2 year-old girl east of Norwich, in Brant County.
BRANT COUNTY -- A massive search is underway at the border of Oxford, Brant and Norfolk Counties.
Around 7:00 pm Sunday night, two year-old Brooklyn Honderich wandered away from her home on Windham Line 19, near Caley Road east of Norwich.
Brant OPP were called to the home when the parents noticed the toddler was missing. Oxford and Norfolk OPP were then dispatched to assist with the search of the rural area, along with canine units and the OPP helicopter.

I hope you can find some relief soon! My allergies have been plaguing me for a week or so ~ today I am utterly miserable.

Hope you are both feeling better quick! It usually takes the 1st good frost for my allergies to go away! They haven't been terrible this year though! (knocking on wood!)

Thank you everyone for the support and encouragement. I've read all of the well wishes even though I haven't been able to respond to them all. Y'all mean so much to me!

Tonight is the viewing or the reception or whatever it is called where we will receive visitors. Tomorrow is the funeral, so there's a lot to do! I may not be on for a bit but I'm always thinking if y'all. I really need some Christmas this week! Hey, at least Wednesday is October!

Busy weekend! National Muscadine Festival was in my hometown. (Check out the website if you are interested!)DD rode in the parade with my niece, who won Little Miss Muscadine Queen. DH played keyboard for two bands. We are all tired from the busy Saturday we had. We live in DH's hometown, 20 minutes from my hometown. Easy to "go back home" when I want to! I got to have lunch with my sister & niece. I haven't seen my sister since Father's Day. We live almost an hour from each other, on opposite sides of our hometown.

It's almost October! I plan to order DD's Halloween costume online. I think that will be easier than driving an hour & hoping the store has her size. Have a great day all!

I really need to go back down there!! It's been built up so much more since the last time I was there!!! It's even more beautiful than I remember!!

It was VERY beautiful & peaceful!! So pretty! Next time I want to do the paddle boats - and rent a bicycle. :grin:
