I thought I would come here to visit for some Christmas cheer. I am so worried about Chico but trying to stay positive. My birthday is in a couple of days and all I want is for him to be better as my gift!!!!!!!

My mom is wanting to take me out to lunch tomorrow to celebrate a day early but I told her it all depends on how Chico is feeling. I am suppose to go out on my birthday as well, again, all depends on Chico! I just want him better!

Good news: I changed the cord on my phone line and haven't had any problems since so hopefully that was what was causing my disconnects. Yesterday I went down the basement stairs and back up them normally and there hasn't been any pain ~ my knee has finally healed! So glad for that as now I can get back to my favorite workout routines which I have not been able to do for months.

Praying that everyone in the path of the storms stays safe! Be MERRY, my dear friends!

I am feeling much better today ~ thank you all for the well wishes! The cold is going to be around for a bit yet, but next week it just might start to thaw around here. Paperwork is keeping me busy this week ~ fun stuff!

how is everyone doing? All good here....Kandice is busy dancing for the Carnival and has been very sick with an influena like virus....it was not Influenza....but had the symptoms....fever, headaches, sneezing, coughing....she was home for the entire last week but is a happy camper again

Doing good here. Buster is still hanging in there. I'm hoping with the temps going up after tonight, it will help him out! He's struggling with these extra cold temps! Too cold for the old man!

Good afternoon,



I have been taking it easy today, I woke up with a sore throat and no voice this morning. I am pretty much back to normal, just my throat is a little scratchy now.

I don't know if the weather people are holding out on a prediction for the big storm heading our way or what, the only thing I have read is possibly 2-4inches from weather.com, which never seems to hit it right for my area.

I am making my homemade Buffalo wings for dinner, I have been craving wings for a while now. I also got some hot sauce samples from a friend for Christmas and I put 1 drop of a sauce called Insanity sauce in it while the wings are marinating. Believe me 1 drop is all you need, I put one drop in my dinner the other night and I was breathing fire. I love it, it is a sauce of the ghost chili pepper, so the wings are going to bite back tonight. I'll save you some Sugar!





I finally put my large Santa I got for Christmas away today, I hate to see him go, I had been holding out but my wife was telling me it was time. He WILL be back out the day after Halloween.

I am really suffering from Bruins withdrawal while the NHL is shut down for the Olympics.

Thanks! I am having a really hard time. Since this all started last week I sometimes can't eat or sleep. I appreciate the reminder to take care of myself! (((Hugs)))

I certainly don't want to be a downer on here and will do my best to be positive! This is the best place ever to surround myself with cheerful people and thanks to you all!

If I see this correctly, Shaun White is doing his thing in the Olympics tonight??? I have struggled to follow the schedule this year and he is my favorite! I don't want to miss it! Maybe that will cheer me up!

Good evening, everyone! Hope you've all had a good day. I tried to read as many posts as I could, but I'm only up till sometime yesterday. I will get caught up here at some point. I am going to go lay down and take a nap, as I work again tonight. We're due to get snow - they're saying at least 6-8 inches now, but the storm keeps shifting and the totals keep going up, so we'll see. Hope everyone who is the path of bad weather, stays safe and warm.

I'll talk to you all tomorrow and try to get caught up some more on the posts, but tomorrow is my early day to go in to work. I'll get caught up one of these days. Talk soon! God Bless and keep smiling!
