I LOVE the original, 1994 is just okay to me. I recorded it on DVR, and thought it would be fun to watch.

LOL!!! Well cast me in the minority that loves the remake better. Mainly because that's what i grew up on. I never saw the original until a couple of years ago.

I saw the original for the first time about 8 years ago, it was such a pleasant surprise, it brought tears to my eyes. I was disappointed had never seen it before then. I saw the remake for the first time last year.

The soundtrack to the remake is amazing! I bought it a few years back, and it is one of my favorites to get out each year.

I just took a couple of Motrin because my back is little bit achey. I thought it was from cleaning all day but I just realized it's probably from shoveling snow this morning. I'm happy because I got a lot done today. The girls rooms are organized and clean. I spent a lot of time in their rooms, even with the girls helping me. Those rooms were long overdue. I would have done it sooner but they don't like me touching their stuff, lol. They were all home today so it was the perfect day to do it. The rest of the house is in good shape, considering it's still under construction. And I also took down the Christmas tree this morning. I'm very tired and I'm going to turn in soon.

DS is still going strong...at least I am watching one of my movies now though! Watching "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year". It's one of my favorite Hallmark movies!
