I started this infuriating jigsaw before christmas and am worried it's gonna beat me! It's 73x49cm, 1000 pieces and HARD!

Hi gang...been spending some quiet evenings by the tree and really enjoying these 12 days of Christmas. No pressure to wrap, bake or be anywhere but where I am! I hope all of you are safe and warm. We are in an arctic blast in Wisconsin with still colder temps due on Monday and Tuesday. I know many of you are struggling in some pretty rough weather- take care friends.

It has been an uneventful day and an unsuccessful one in terms of finding jobs to apply for. I hope I can find something that I am interested in soon. I don't want to apply just to apply.

Nice to be home. lots to do around here tomorrow. For now, just going to relax and read for awhile.

Still very cold but warming up at only -22c , that's a whole 10 degrees warmer!

I have rabbits in my back yard, will take a picture of all their tacks when it is light tomorrow. I knew we had one, but this looks like several. I guess maybe I should have found someplace else to get rid of all those carrots.

My kids are the same way. Right now it is this and "The Grinch Stole Christmas: The Movie" and the whole year long, up until Christmas it was Jingle and Bell from Hallmark.

I LOVE the original, 1994 is just okay to me. I recorded it on DVR, and thought it would be fun to watch.

Wow, just talked to my Sister and she said that my BIL told her that they would be lucky to have meat to sell at all tomorrow at the grocery store he works at. He said they were out of hamburger and Chicken already when he left work earlier this evening.

This happened to me the when I was in the supermarket Wednesday night. I had to go to the butcher the next morning to get meat for the week.

I agree, but this is one of the few remakes that I still enjoy- such a heartwarming movie
