What a day! Came out to my car & found a thick layer of ice. And the roads are very bad. Took a bit to get home this evening.

Very long day today, I didn't sleep too well last night. I woke up in the middle of the night with a bloody nose, and had a hard time falling back to sleep. Busy at work, still playing catch up after being off 13 out of 15 days to end last year and begin this year.
Tomorrow we will be in a flood watch, lots of rain and temps in the 50's.

Back to work early tomorrow.

what´s up everybody...Hope everyone will have a great Weekend.

We r going to the 2nd birthday of our friend´s daughter.....no beer...they are muslims....:( (the :( is because of no beer....not because they muslims....lol)....still this party will be lots of fun, we will be dancing with the kids to some African tunes and have some nice Rice and chicken dish from Guinea

Good Morning, Fellow Weekend Travelers in search of a Destination.
(And we all know what destination that is!)

And just how far away is that certain destination?
A ways off yet.
But we are further along than you might think.
Consider:
Days to the Season: 306
Days to Christmas Day: 348

And as the observant might note, we are now under a week away from the grand opening of the 300-day
Window to the Season and the start of a 200's-level count.
(Time sure seems to pass quickly here at MMC, doesn't it?)

Rainy yesterday but warmer as the memory of 9 degrees begins to fade -- at least unti the next cold spell.
We are at 61 damp degrees here right now with more rain in the forecast.

Good morning!
I mentioned earlier that we already have temperatures in the 40's this morning. It will be a mild day with a high of 52, but we are expecting lots and lots of rain. I have food shopping to do so I think I'm going to finish my cup of coffee and head out to get it over with. Hopefully I'll be back before the heavy rain starts. I really don't feel like going but I have nothing in the house!
I have been up since 4:00, I'm sure I'm going to need a nap later. My daughter is already annoyed with these early shifts, lol. She has to do it again tomorrow. I'm hoping they switch the shifts up next week and have her go in later. We'll see what happens.
