Not bad, just a bit too cold to want to spend much time outdoors.
We may get a break today but for now, we have started out a
coldish 33 degrees here in the capital city.

I really like the judges this year, I think they are a great combination. Especially after last season, which was a mess in my opinion.
And it seems like they really haven't been wasting too much time focusing on the the really bad singers. So far, so good. I'm looking forward to watching it.
What do you think?

I love that they are showing more people who can actually sing and not the people who can't.


I think I may have a man crush on Harry Connick Jr too. :lol:

CAH and Sugar, I gave myself my first Vitamin B 12 shot today! CAH, it really has made a difference in my energy level! I knew it would, but I still had my concerns. Sugar, I had a difficult time getting the liquid into the syringe! I followed the directions, but for some reason, only a small amount would get into the syringe. I finally had success after about 20 minutes! Giving the actual shot was a cinch, even though it looks intimidating with a long needle (almost two inches long)!!! Now I can be Nurse Ratchet! CAH, when I get up tomorrow, I will look up the cost. I am so proud of myself and still amazed at the lack of pain! Soooo when Sugar is too busy, I can administer shots, LOL!

Glad it is helping!!!!!

Goodnight everyone! Busy week here and I have not had time to hang around but I have thought about yall! Although I love the winter I am having bad PCB this week! I still have my Christmas décor up but the wife is putting her foot down and making me take it down this weekend. It's just a bad time of year...nothing going on...but I am counting down because I know how fast time goes by!!! it will be here before we know it! goodnight everyone I hope yall are doing good!

Hope the PCB's go away soon, Dawg!!!!!

Good morning!
Happy Milestone Day!
It is going to be sunny today with temperatures in the lower 40's. It will be turning a little bit colder over the weekend and we may get some flurries but no accumulation is expected. I'll take the flurries, it's better than nothing!
Not too much planned for today. I have a couple of phone calls to make and then I'm heading out to run a few errands.
I have been sneezing like crazy this morning, it's probably just allergies. I need to pick up more Claritan while I'm out, the box is almost empty.
I already straightened up, vacuumed and started laundry so I don't have too many other chores to do. Maybe I'll be able to take it easy this afternoon, that would be nice!

TGIF, my Christmas friends!

It's another chilly day, with a colder day coming tomorrow, but it's supposed to be 70° by Monday.

Mrs. Hilda's homemade soup was just as good as I wanted it to be last night. Mmm, mmm! My brother and I always meet our mom on Friday for lunch, so that's the plan today. Tomorrow I have to take down the last of my Christmas decorations. I have a Santa that I put on the roof of my shop in the back yard. I hate to take him down, but it wouldn't be as special if I left him up all year.

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be a cold day here with more snow coming down. Boo!!!! Not to much going on here today. Just need to get back to my cleaning and organizing. I also need to make out my grocery list. Exciting stuff!!!! I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

I can't remember if I told y'all that instead of using individual stones for the patio room, we are going to have the concrete stamped with a skin applied. It is really going to look good and be easy to maintain. I am taking pictures and will post them when I can show the finished concrete work. Then it will be time for the beginning of my dream!

That is going to look amazing!! I saw a lot of that when I worked in construction. Beautiful!!

Well, I'm not too far off from my blub above, I took the day off today from work and I have 3 different contractors coming to the house today to look at some tasks that I would like to have done. So, I'll be a little bit busy today but I'll be checking in from time to time to see what's up with everyone today....:transform:

Our winters tend to linger even after the official start of spring in March. Our first snow was in April last year lol!

Good morning everyone`! I am playing hooky today I have to work Monday so this way I still get a 3 day weekend. I am home listening to Bob and Sheri on the radio, I use to get them when I lived in Ga but I have to listen on the computer now. They were talking about the saddest movie you will ever watch, and because it's January we all need a good cry right? Has anyone heard of it? it's an Asian movie that was remade here in the states in 2009 I don't even know the name of it because I don't even know how to pronounce it, but there is a book about it too. The movie features Richard Gere in 2009 and it's about a dog that follows him to the train station everyday and they become buddies then Richard Gere character dies and the dog keeps coming back every day to see him(sob sob) has anyone heard of this movie or book? I would love to have a good cry right about now!lol have a great morning everyone!
