Christmas Countdown - 2014

Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend and is now ready for another week.

I am about to start my seminar preparation for tomorrow. I want to do as much as possible before I go for a run. (I hope my enthusiasm will last forever. ^^ ) I just wanted to pop in, say 'hi' and wish everyone a nice day. :]

I also hope that everyone is excited about winter Olympics as much as I am this year. I'm especially looking forward for figure skating. I love it, and Deividas with Isabella are performing on 16th and 17th. I missed most of the opening ceremony on Friday because of the field trip which finished later than had been expected. Anyway, I found a video of Lithuanian delegation entering the stadium. It was extremely nice to see Deividas being so enthusiastic about waving the flag. ^^ There is something that makes the heart beat a little bit faster when looking at athletes represeting the country. Especially the one which is very small and most of the people don't even know where it is located. Then I realize that the size of the country you came from doesn't define your personality at all. :]

These weeks just keep coming and going as we have arrived at mid February already.
The year is really moving along!

As is our count:
Days to the Season: 276
Days to Christmas Day: 318

Day after tomorrow, Guys.
The 25 percent Milestone to the Season 2014!
(It's a comin'. Ready or not.)

Continued cool but sunny. Quite tolerable for February in these parts.
Should be fairly nice today (at least up into the 40's).
We have started out at 38 degrees.

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a cold one here with a high of 11 degree's. Right now we are sitting at -2. Brr!!!! Our normal low for this time of year is 24 and high is 44. So we are well below normal and it looks it will stay that way until the middle of next week at least. Not much going on for me today. I'll just be sitting here waiting on the maintenance guys to come fix the sink. Hopefully it will be this morning. I doubt it though. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Good morning!
We got a couple of inches of snow over night, there wasn't too much to clean up this morning. It's going to be sunny with temperatures in the 20's. I was watching the news this morning and they are tracking a storm for Thursday, we'll see what happens!
Not too much going on here today, typical day. My kids are freaking out because the Flappy Bird app was deleted, lol. I wish I had their problems.
I'm going to get started on some chores after I finish my coffee. I'm also making a pot of chicken soup. My family is getting sick of it but I don't care. I love it on a cold winter day.
Oh Aidan finished 24th in Men's Luge. But hey, he's only 19! He says he's just warming up for 2018!
