Thanks Snowflake! I'm excited about the kitchen, we're getting close now. I can't wait to put this mess behind us!
I hope you enjoy your evening

Thanks, HmG!! We are!

We've got a lot of snow in the past 24 hours, so Adrian has been outside shoveling, and I'm making dinner & catching up here.

I think a movie & fire are in order tonight!

Hugs to you, Molly, and Maggie~

xx

Good evening, MMC!

We are in the midst of another snow storm ~ 3-6" are likely to fall and there is much blowing and drifting. I checked the long range forecast and it looks like the major warm-up is no longer on its way although the temp should finally get above freezing for a day or two. That will be nice! In the meantime, I am going to enjoy the snow while it is still on the ground.

I have a lot of chores to do and supper to cook ~ so not motivated to do anything right now. That being the case, I had best get moving!

Be safe in whatever weather you are experiencing!

Merry dreams!

Your weather sounds a lot like ours, friend! Stay safe & warm!!

Enjoy your dinner and rest of your evening~

((Hugs)) to you & Palmer, Shaggy, and the kitties.

I MISSED YOU GUYS!!!!!!

Wow... I have no idea how in the world I'm going to catch up. ROFL

Let's see spent the better part of January mobile with little reception. Got back to my house around 12:30am on Wednesday night (technically Thursday morning) on the 23rd. Got up at 6am with the intention of immediately dropping off my dogs at the boarding place and heading to the east coast of Florida with my son for his competiton. Ended up not leaving till nearly 8:30pm because the construction guy finishing the bathroom didn't finish on time and then broke the kitchen sink. No I don't know how. LOL

Competition that weekend, got back on Tuesday the 28th and shut myself up in my studio to engrave for 5 days straight for an exhibit in Oklahoma that had to be shipped on Monday the 3rd.

As soon as that was done I started writing new coding and rebuilding our company so we can dissolve from partner. Did that till Thursday the 6th, back out of town for more competitions, got back on Tuesday the 11th, more work on company and then left again this past Thursday the 13th for competition and just walked back in the door about 30 minutes ago.

I should hopefully have all the corporate transfers, rebuilds and legal things finished this week - I hope.

Another competition this weekend, but Noah is staying with friends in Palm City for that who also are on the same circuit. Very grateful for them and the friendship. :-)

Competition again Feb 28 - March 3rd and I will be going to that one. Have some more shows coming up in April for glassware and a wedding, but hey I have the whole month of March for that! :-D

I'm super excited because I just learned about 2 hours ago that the company my husband works with managed to get him a week off in March so he'll get to fly home!!! They've never done this before. Normally he doesn't get to come home till mid summer.

Hope everyone is well and blessed and I'll be catching up as I go. I started working on some Christmas designs for a Christmas in July show this year. It's almost March!!! *bouncy happy* I can faintly hear the sleigh bells of Christmas 2014!!

CAH & SIT,

Sending you lots of love & prayers <3

Good evening, MMC family!

It has been a snowy day here, and a lot of blowing & drifting. The visibility driving home from work was pretty bad. We got another 7 inches here on the outskirts of town. And it's not finished just yet!

In fact, Eau Claire was just on the Nightly News with Bryan Williams!
We heard them say something about nasty weather in Wisconsin, looked up, and saw a very familiar snow plow truck driving down the highway, right by our house. The bottom of the screen read "Eau Claire, WI", and Adi said he even heard Bryan try to pronounce our city, not very accurately, lol. I laughed and asked Adi if he recognized the truck. We joke about the company that plows our development, and have a funny name for them. They are hilarious, and have way too much fun driving around and chatting with each other, instead of plowing....

Work was actually somewhat slow today, so I managed to work on some reviews and get some extra paperwork done this afternoon. They've added so many more responsibilities to the managing coordinators up front. It's hard to keep up with it all, especially with budget cuts, and less associate coverage. So today was very productive.

Thinking of you all, and sending big hugs.

Stay safe & warm tonight, friends~

xx

Thank you so much. Are you expecting any snow?

We are expecting starting late tonight. Snow, sleet, and ice. We are just in the line of 2-4 to 4-6, so we'll see!

Good afternoon everyone!! Finally making it back on here! Hope you all had a great weekend! It went fast as always!

I'm hoping to read more posts before quitting time this afternoon - they are saying 1-3" of snow tonight mixing with sleet & freezing rain. The roads are already turning ICKY due to the wind blowing the existing snow! It can snow all it wants tonight, if we skip the sleet & freezing rain! ;-)

We got a call last night from the breeder. We can pick up our puppy Saturday morning!! EXCITED! Now I'm getting nervous! Hopefully Buster will be ok with it. EEK! What did we get ourselves into?? Ha ha ha!

Have a great day everyone!

Aawwwww so excited for you and ypur family!!!

Good to hear from you! Glad all is well!

Tomorrow's 1 to 3 inches of snow is now supposed to be 3 to 6 inch, starting around midday and snowing at about 1 inch an hour during the afternoon. I'm worrying already about getting home from work safely. It's so much easier if I'm at home when it starts getting bad so I can stay here, as opposed to trying to get out of the office once it's started. I have all-season tires, and they're not always up to driving in a snowstorm.

Stay safe MC!!

Thanks Snowflake!! :-)

Hope you enjoy your evening too!! Fire and a movie sound wonderful.

I'm sitting in my truck right now in my driveway biding 2 hours. LOL Florida is having a terrible flea issue this year. I have treated the dogs which I hate doing but I felt it was necessary. The last time I picked them up from the kennel, all four came home with guests. Right before we left on Thursday I saw a flea on my sock and the dogs were already at the kennel. Yuck.

I quickly steam cleaned and right after walking in the door this evening, set off a flea bomb. I would just sit on the porch but its a tad too humid and the mosquitos are bad. So I headed to my truck.

Neighbors must think I'm squirrelly. LOL Glen watched me get in the truck, close the door and then not go anywhere. LOL. I've noticed him in the rearview mirror the last hour and a half occassionally try and see my sillouhette.

Xmas - Hope you're feeling better tonight.

HMG - Is your daughter here with friends? Is she staying in the Tampa area or elsewhere? For how long?

I'm sure she won't, but if she needs anything, PM me for my cell - I can be there quickly. ;-) I'm in Lakeland. It's 30 min outside of Tampa and 40 min to Orlando, right between them. Always bugs the mom in me when my kid goes out of state for something and I'm not there.
