Good afternoon MMC! Happy Hump Day! Happy Pines Day! I think I'm all caught up on posts! WEW! Beautiful day here - full of sunshine & a balmy 39º! Not much going on at work today! I think I'll stop at Mom/Dads on my way home tonight since I haven't stopped yet this week & tomorrow it's supposed to be raining!! We have leftovers for supper, so that's easy! Maybe I'll be able to take a walk if I can find dry enough roads to walk on!!

Happy hump day everyone! So far this week has been great. The snow is coming down until Friday. Up to 10 inches expected..For a while in my back yard you could see some thin spots in the snow but the last few days has taken care of that. I have about 3 weeks until I leave and I am trying to get a lot of things around the house done so when I come back in sept I won't have everything piled up on me. I hope everyone is having a good week, it looks like the Northeast and Midwest can't catch a break with the snow and thunderstorms! Have a great rest of the week friends!

I have chores to do and several leaks on the porch to keep tabs on ~ thank God I have a lot of buckets! It is getting messy out here and tomorrow looks to be extremely unpleasant weather-wise: ice, snow, sleet, rain, freezing fog, fog and thunderstorms were all mentioned. Should be very interesting!

Hi everyone! Thank you all for your kinds words of my little doggy Chico's passing. My family gathered with me that day to help me through the grief and took me out to dinner. I just love them all so much and thankful I have such a wonderful family who were there to comfort me!

I woke up in the middle of the night on the first night Chico passed away and felt sad, Wayne couldn't sleep either thinking about him. As always, I run for Christmas for therapy during sad times. We popped in the movie, Christmas Vacation, and watched that until we fell back to sleep.

I still feel very sad but just taking it one day at a time and moving forward. We have Christmas 2014 to look forward to!
