Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

Nancy's mom has been really sick with a stomach virus, so much so that they put her in the hospital overnight for fluids. Nancy stayed with her, and she's feeling much better today, but I didn't get much sleep without my wife last night. *yawn*

It's yet another beautiful day here in Bellville, sunny and approaching 86° this afternoon! It's supposed to moderate back into the 70's after today, thankfully.

Oh man! We are expecting more freezing rain & sleet, and now we're expecting 10-12 inches. Blowing & drifting snow, 1-2 inches per hour starting this afternoon, and they are calling it the biggest storm of the season. Extended through tomorrow evening.

Hope they are on top of it with the plows for once!

Good Morning, MMC!!!! It's going to be a warm day here with a high near 60. We are also going to get a lot of rain. We've already had one line move through early this morning with lots of thunder. The heaviest stuff isn't supposed to get here until about 7pm though. They are saying the winds could get nasty. We are also going to see a lot of flooding. Then the cold air is back tomorrow and all of it's going to freeze and turn the city into a giant skating rink. Not much going on for me today. Just have to do dishes and figure out what to make for dinner. The rest of the day is going to be spent watching Nascar coverage. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

We had that same weather move through when you were done with it! It just started raining again a few minutes ago! When the weather gets nasty later on, try not to send that to me, ok?? Have fun watching Nascar. I'm sure that will be on this afternoon here at work too! Did they change the time for the dual? Wasn't it always in the afternoon? Enjoy your day!

Good morning!
It is going to be partly sunny with a high of 45 degrees today. It would be a great day to wash my car except its going to rain tomorrow. The cold weather will return next week and we may be getting more snow Tuesday in to Wednesday.
Typical day of errands and chores today. My daughter has a hair appointment later this afternoon. I will also be working on a menu plan and grocery list. I can't believe tomorrow is Friday already, this week flew by. I may take a ride to Barnes and Noble, I still have a gift card from Christmas that I'm trying to spend. I haven't been reading too much lately. I use to read a lot at night but I fall asleep now every time I open a book. Maybe I'll go look at the cookbooks.

Oh, no, more snow! How much do you have on the ground out there?
It snowed pretty heavily here yesterday for about 15 or 20 minutes before it turned over to rain. Gave me a bit of a scare! But it stayed marginally above freezing, and the roads were okay on the way home.

Glad you were able to make it home safe!

LOL!!!!! I didn't win that powerball jackpot last night so I can't afford to move close to that one!!!


The other one in town, well I still haven't gotten that bullet proof vest.

Sorry to hear your MIL has been sick. Hope she turns around now that she got fluids in her system! You'll have to drink lots of coffee today!

Aww...Ella's really been loving all over me the past day or so, as she always does, but extra for some reason. She takes to me the most. She actually had to go to the groomer today, which I feel bad about, because she hates it there, but at least she will be getting a bath and a hair cut for her special day!
