Thanks! She's too cute - how can you say "no" to that face! Ha ha!! We love her too! Buster was more tolerant of her last night so hopefully every night gets better! Poor guy! A big hug from Meceka coming up!!

Ah yes, the cuteness factor is hard to overcome. That is the purpose of puppy training ~ teaching the owners how to say "no". cheesy Seriously, if Gracie is anything like any of the puppies I've ever had in the house, she will learn the most from watching how Buster does things. Speaking of Buster, sending him more hugs!

Good Tuesday morning, and Happy Rudolph Day, my Christmas friends!

Boy, the steroids really helped Lulu! She's bouncing around like her old self. The doc said to try to keep her from doing to many strenuous things for a while, but she's bursting with energy today.

I just found out that we have customers visiting the plant today, so I have to put on my "professional" face for a while.

It's snowing! And the girls here in the office are laughing at the forecast. We are supposed to be getting "Nuisance Snow Events" and "Disruptive Precipitation". Sounds like something you'd call the cops about.

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday! It appears it's going to be a looooong day at work today! Not much going on! Great....

Gracie had her 1st vet apt yesterday. I love the new vet. She was so thorough & helpful & she couldn't stop lovin on Gracie. :lol: BUT she thinks Gracie might have a heart murmur. She said not to worry about it at all - I should forget she even mentioned it - because she thinks it's a "functional" murmur & she will outgrow it, but she's going to keep an eye on it. I sure hope she outgrows it!! I'm really not worried yet, until she tells me I should be - which hopefully that doesn't happen!

Here she is on her way to the vet:



And here she is last night, after she drug the rag I used to wipe up a water spill over to the table & then proceeded to pass out on it!



I wonder how many pictures I have taken of her already.... Ha ha!

Good morning!
I am so far behind schedule. I need to get out of here and run a few errands. I'm just having a quick coffee break. I went downstairs earlier to start some laundry and there was water pouring out of the wall. I called my husband and he told me how to shut the water off and came racing home to figure out what was going on. It has something to do with the radiant heat. I hope it's an easy fix, I can feel the house cooling off already. I'm so happy he wasn't on a job in the city today.
Not too much else going on for me. The girls all have off from work today so we will probably all do something together this afternoon.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!!!

Thanks Jennifer! I hope she grows out of the murmur too! We had a dusting of snow overnight & it's flurrying just a little now! I say if it's going to be cold - let it snow! And it's definitely cold!! UGH! Stay safe if you decide to go out! Have a great day & stay warm!

That is SO true about training the owners. It's hard!! I had to keep reminding Gracie at lunch that Buster is not a toy, so indeed he needs more hugs!!! I'll deliver!

Thanks everyone. It's fixed. It had something to do with a part that had cracked for some reason. My husband kind of lost me after that. Anyway, the house is warming up and the basement should dry up and be alright. It's a good thing I went down there when I did.
