Happy Milestone Day, Everyone!!!!! It was a cold morning here with a temp of 14 degree's. We should get up to 40 later this afternoon though. Lots of running today. Already took mom to work and ran by grocery store. Now I'm home for a few hours to get some stuff done before I have to run to the post office to mail my sister's box, pick mom back up from work, Run to the north side to her appointment with a Vascular Surgeon, and then back out to her regular doctor's office for them to check her blood levels again. Whew. I'm tired just thinking of it. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning!
Well there was no Spring snowstorm for us. There was barely a dusting over night. But it is really cold and windy out there. I hope the winds die down, it's making it feel so much worse.
I don't have a lot going on today, I'll just be working on the usual chores. My youngest has a job interview at the outlets later this afternoon. I'm going to take a ride with her and browse around inside the Christmas Tree Shop during her interview.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!
I've just googled the shop and it has so many cute things for Easter in its online store! ^^ Hope you will find something nice.

Good morning to all!
First, just a reminder that your kind words are highly appreciated. Thank you.
Hard to believe we are half way the week. I don't have anything to do at the campus today so I will probably start my research for my online blog I am going to start. (I will bring the subject I am studying - environmental science - and my are of interested - food security/sustainable food production - together.) We will see how it goes.
Have a nice day!
Good Morning! Day 4 on here! I am actually reading and posting, 4 days in a row! Hopefully I can continue this streak. I miss this place when I cannot make it here.
I am sitting here with my morning coffee in my Christmas mug and my granddaughter asked for hot chocolate in a Christmas mug so we can have our morning hot drink together! I am not sure what is planned for today so I hope we can find something interesting and fun to do!
I hope you all have a very Merry Day!!!
Good luck to your daughter on her job interview!!!
Let us know what you find in the Christmas Tree Shop!
Hope the interview goes well for your youngest!
Have fun browsing at the Christmas Tree Shop!! =]
Oh! That was you in the newspaper this morning with the headlines reading:
"Mayor Falls Asleep at Meeting"

When I have the time and I'm tempted, I don't usually venture there for fear of repeating something that was already posted. I'm not able to follow the games every day, so I can't keep track of what was already said (yeah, I COULD read through all the posts that have come before, but that's a lot of reading!).
Not even flurries here, but Cape Cod is getting slammed with snow and high winds. We have a wind advisory here, too, but I don't think we'll see much snow, if any. This could be the last snow threat of this winter---fingers crossed.
Afternoon all. Wet and miserable here unfortunately, but heading out tonight for dinner, so things looking up lol. Hope you all have a great day.

We all need to get to this thread and post away! It looks like fun!
Make Up Your Own Holiday Day
I would like to have Christmas Part 2 Holiday - get those trees out and start decorating! Ha ha!
What ideas can you come up with? If you think up a cool holiday go there and post it!
Gosh, it's been over a week since I was here. Our new laptops and programs were delivered at work, and I have been a busy little bee. Hopefully now is all settled, and life can return to normal. Meanwhile, hello from new-computer land!
Yes, the forecast is still calling for the worst out on Cape Cod, so he will need to get his snowblower out of mothballs! Some parts of eastern Maine and Canada are expecting very high winds and blizzard conditions. There's still a chance the storm could turn farther out to sea---that would be a blessing.
Well I managed to successfully find 3 pairs of shorts and 3 pairs of pants for my nephew. It just took going to every single store that sells clothes on the east side of Indy. You wouldn't think that finding pants on a day when it's snowing outside would be so hard but it was. Everyone is ready for spring and all they have left are jeans which my sister didn't want. I have also decided that I need to start a paving company. I don't think that there is a single parking lot out there that doesn't need work done to it after this last winter. Now I'm off to try and get some stuff done around the apartment before I have to go pick mom up from work.
I've read all of your posts and hopefully will have some time to respond to them tonight. If not, maybe Thursday. Tomorrow is going to be a lot more running.
Love Gracie! She is so cute! ^^ And yes, I watched 'The Holiday' to celebrate Rudolph Day. (I love Kate Winslet's accent. If I had one, I would probably never shut up.)
Ahhh - great movie!

Good evening! I am now doing some online research about the symptoms I have been experiencing time to time for over a year now and I am thinking of booking an appointment with my GP here. I think I will feel better if I go and see a professional. (I try to stay away from doctors as much as possible but sometimes they truly are the only choice.)
Anyway, hopefully everyone is enjoying Rudolph Day.
I watched Christmas movies all day yesterday to celebrate. Stay safe in the snow!
Glad to hear your soup sampling was a hit! Everything sounded delicious!
Gracie is sooo cute! She is really growing!
Pretty!! But time for it to go, too! LOL!! :%
Praying she had a good appointment!
