Right now there is a woman at work that feels it is her sworn duty to report everything about everyone. She wrote me up for asking who was looking after break rotation that day. Who knew asking that question was a felony!
I suggest you keep a detailed log of everything, time, comments made etc. Keep any written notes, emails text messages from and to him. It is easier to present your case when you have hard evidence rather than just he said/she said.
