Good Sunday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

Jacob and I are heading out to mom's for lunch. The girls are on their way to the Fox Theater in Atlanta to see The Little Mermaid play. It was a Christmas present from Nancy's sister to Elizabeth. It'll be late before they get home, so Jacob and I are 'batching it.

We have a crazy hot summer over here in Norway.
Temperatures up to 95F!!!
Thats not normal!

We Norwegians don't have any AC
in our homes, so especially the nights are hard.

But we do have some beautiful days!

My little one watched three Christmas movies today...
And we where dreaming about the snow.. LOL

So whats up here? Any news?
Done some Christmas in July shopping?

Im still outside, sitting on my terrace. It's almost ten i clock..
Still hot, but I'm enjoying the wind that suddenly appered

My work day on friday was very chaotic therefore I had no time to check into the forum. At least we now know when we'll get the new office furniture (next weekend) and how the new layout will be. Next week we will have a lot to pack but I guess it will be alright.

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be a warm, humid, stormy day here in central Indy. Perfect for staying in and watching Christmas movies and racing. Another sunny summer day! I'm loving it!

I also got a nice Christmas in July surprise. Mr. went out to dinner with a couple of his high school friends yesterday, and the one who lives locally gave him a late Christmas gift. (We usually drop by his house and exchange gifts at Christmastime, but wasn't able to connect last season.) The bag included a box of Walkers Shortbread (yum!) in Christmas shapes. I can't save it for Christmas because it expires in November, so I have to eat it now (awwww! :wink: ). There's also a covered mug in the shape of a Scottie dog; and its head is the lid. It's cute as anything. So my next snack will probably be tea and Christmas shortbread! Better yet, Christmas tea and Christmas shortbread. I know I still have some Christmas tea.

I wouldn't save those biscuits until Christmas even if they didn't expire in November. I think they are perfect treat for CIJ celebration. Enjoy!

Good evening everyone! Weather in Glasgow has been a blessing today. The sky is still completely clear now, it's nicely warm, sunny and a little windy but it's okey. I've spent about 5 hours in the city. I love all that walking, especially in the weather like this. :] Went to the central station where the Games' gift shop is located and got some goodies: a mug 'cause I collect mugs ( https://shop.glasgow2014.com/shop/gifts-accessories/mugs/evc-kilted-clyde-mug ;It looks much better in reality though ^^), some Glasgow 2014/UNICEF bracelets (https://shop.glasgow2014.com/shop/g...w-commonwealth-games-and-unicef-gel-bracelets ;I'm going to keep one for myself and give the other three for my friend and my two cousins) and a fridge magnet (https://shop.glasgow2014.com/shop/gifts-accessories/pins-keyrings-and-magnets/logo-manget ;This one is for my mum 'cause she collects magnets ^^).

I also went to LUSH store to look for a gift for my cousin. Her birthday is in late July but I hope to see her in August. She's been talking about the brand a lot lately. She has wanted to try it out for so long but there are no LUSH stores in Lithuania so I popped in one in Glasgow. The guy who worked there was extremely helpful and so friendly. I told him that my cousin is quite picky and very difficult person to buy to. He said that he has a sister who is also a tough person to buy to so he kinda was in the same boat with me. ^^ He made so many good suggestions and I got so confused but I ended up buying a bar of amazing all-natural, hand made soap (https://www.lush.co.uk/products/honey-i-washed-kids) which I wanted to eat 'cause it smells like honey and caramel. As I told him that it's going to be a present, he packed it nicely for me.

I went to the massive book store. (No, I never pass the good book store if it once in my way. ^^) Oh boy, it was three floors of heaven on Earth with my favorite coffee shop in the ground floor. I got probably the most delicious soy latte I've ever had and sit there reading a book for nearly three hours. I think it was the general atmosphere which kept me in for so long. Although there were quite a lot of people around, it was still quite quiet. There were a bunch of people reading, working on their laptops and sipping coffee with light music playing in the background. I didn't want to leave that place! Because I find it difficult to concentrate on reading in public places but that book store, oh boy. I had to stop myself from buying two books. I already have so many of them...

Ok, sorry for such a long post. No more posts of similar length, I promise. ^^

My parents left today, and one of Adrian's friends/co-workers has taken up the guest room for the night.
Mt parents & I went to a greenhouse & gift shop today for a bit, then had some lunch there in their vintage restaurant. It is so adorable! And excellent food.
