Sorry to hear about the passing of your grandmother. You're right - she did have a great life. Prayers for you and your family.

I missed the post about Brent's Grandmother! Sending sympathy to Brent & his family! 99 years is an amazing life - something to be celebrated! Doesn't make it any easier when we lose them though. (((Hugs)))

My 4 year old granddaughter has started a reality show called, Grandma's World! She came in with some toy binoculars pretending that it is a camcorder. She said, "Grandma, I am recording you for the show called, Grandma's World, so keep cooking and talk to us about it". She plans to follow me around with it and document my day. I kind of feel like I am part of a National Geographic/reality show because of the commentary that follows. She was recording and says, "Grandma now cooks for her grandkids" and saying more stuff. Ha ha! This should be interesting. The world will wonder why on earth Christmas music is playing in the background during July.

My life is not too exciting so not sure about the ratings.

Are you all ready for another reality show????

Good evening,

Day off tomorrow, 3 more work days until vacay!!!!

I was shocked today when I saw Hostess Chocodiles at work, I loved them as a kid and I don't think I've seen them since then. I, of course, bought a box and they are just as good as I remember. My boys also had their first Chocodiles tonight, they loved them. Merry Christmas In July!!!

I am just loving Music Choice, it is so great just to pop on some Christmas tunes on the tv in the middle of summer.

Good night, my Christmas family.

I'm loving music choice too!!!!!

I don't think I have ever had those!!!!! I must look for them!!!!

Enjoy your day off, Xmas!!!!!

Good Morning, MMC!!

Wishing you a blessed day!!

Good morning MMC!
Another hot day here, but it's windy today!
And I love it...
All our doors are open and Im sitting in the middle and
really get my hear blown dry! LOL

Im dreaming of houses in USA
Look at this one... Almost for free!
But, I guess we just cant buy a house there... ;]

I've also been looking at houseswap for next summer.
Not sure if that's for us though....
Im not sure I want strangers living in my house.. hehe..

Would be fun to rent a house for a summer
That must be possible? Someone knows?
Any recommendations?
I guess I have to google some more

Well, I wish you all a wonderful day!!
Now, a quick update here in Christmasland

I love that house!!!!! We have a lot like that here in town. i would love to own one some day.

I'm sure you could find a house to rent. There are a lot of people who will rent there's out for the summer while they travel or while they stay at their vacation house.

Enjoy that breeze!!!!!

Good morning!
I'm going to be busy this morning, I probably won't be around too much. My daughter has a pre-operative appointment with her ENT and then pre-op testing at the hospital. She is scheduled to have her tonsils out on the 28th. It's getting close now, I'm getting nervous. Not looking forward to it. Anyway I woke up extra early to get a head start on my chores. Wish I could go back to bed! I will pop back in this afternoon, I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Hope everything goes okay with your daughter today!!!!!

Very good point!!!! I had it on at home last night & I got "the look" from my hubby when he got home!

I've been getting the "look' from my better half too, she keeps telling me it takes away the specialness of when it is time to play them in November. I just say No, it doesn't. cheesy

Just re-posting this because at first I made a comical reply on this very sensitive subject that WAS NOT meant for what Sugar said on Brent's grandmother's passing. I somehow hit Sugar when I meant to hit Cetaca.

Sorry for the confusion for anyone who read it!!!! I am very embarrassed about that!

Wrong comment first time around. That other comment was suppose to be to Cetaca!!!

Prayers to your family Brent.

*singing "Selah, Selah" from NewWorldSon on top of my lungs*

Hey everyone

How are you? Everything okay?

I'm happy because summer is sneaking back into my country. After almost two weeks of rain, warm and dry weather is neccessary. This is the third year in which we have floods back-to-back.

Enjoy the nicer weather!!!!!

Whew!
Muggy yesterday with a high of 98 and plenty of humidity to go around.
Hoping for a bit of relief today. Even a rainstorm would be nice.
We have begun this day before 'Pines Day at a too-warm 80 degrees here in the capital city.

Well, regardless of your weather, you try to keep your cool.....and have a Terrific Tuesday along the way!

Yuck!!! Stay cool and have a great day, Crown!!!!

Good Morning folks~ How's everyone doing? We sure have been having some crazy weather around this area, been doing nothing but storming for days now... I heard this morning on the news, that a tornado was confirmed to of have touched down about 2 miles from where I used to live at in Baltimore County, Maryland.... Hope no one got hurt! This must be because of that so-called Artic blast they have been talking about on the Weather Channel, coming down from out of Canada, hitting that warm, moist air already entrenched around here...

Last night, I put a down payment towards the purchase of (2) baby girl (Dwarf Hotot bunnies for my daughter), we are scheduled to get them around the first week of August. I'm thinking about just driving over there when the time comes and just getting them myself and then surprising her with them.

I've been really busy at home and at the office, so I have had very little time for jumping on the computer and seeing what's going on with everyone. I'm looking forward to this coming Friday evening, when QVC will be having their Christmas in July event. I saw that it will be on at 9:00 am that day, but us working people are unavailable to tune in at that time, so I have to wait till later on, to see the evening hour event. I just wonder if it will be as interesting as it was last year?

Well, guess I should get back to work, or at least look like I'm working....Have a blessed day everyone!!!!!

Hope no one got hurt!!!!

I'm sure your daughter will love the bunnies!!!!!!

Hope things calm down for you soon!!!!!!

I'm sure CIJ will be fun but I don't think anything can top last year!!!! Well unless they bring back Santa and Rudolph this year!!!!!

I'm sure if anyone saw it, they quickly realized you hit a wrong reply button by mistake! It happens!

Glad she is having fun!!!!!!!

Good morning!

Good Morning, Coach!!!!!! Hope the conference is going well!!!!

I had a dream last night about Chico, my chihuahua who passed away in February. In the dream he had jumped up on the bed and I started crying BIG TIME and hugging him telling him how much I missed him and glad he was back. The dream seemed so real! This is the 3rd dream I have had about him since he passed. I felt a little sad when I first woke up but then happy because I feel he was just visiting with me so it's all good now.

I think about him so much and miss him A LOT but refuse to get down about it. It's just my way of handling grief and would never judge others on how they handle theirs. I did my share of crying a lot in during his illness and right after he passed but realized that would not bring him back. Instead, every time I think of him I feel like I want to cry but change quickly to think happy thoughts about him and I smile instead. I tell my new little dog, Niles, that Chico is his guardian angel because he does a lot of little things Chico use to do. So I am always telling Wayne the new things Chico taught Niles! It makes me happy to know Chico is nearby watching over him. I know Louann is taking care of Chico too!

This post was not meant to be a downer but uplifting. It just makes me feel better to share with you all.

Here is my little Chico months before he passed away.

Glad Chico came back to say hi!!! Like you said, I'm sure he is having fun with Louann!!!!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

50 years plus 1 day, and still going strong! LOL

The office threw me a party with the black balloons, "Over the Hill" signs, bottles of Geritol, tubes of denture cream and packs of Depends. Oh, they had a good time with that LOL. Then last night my family and I went to Olive Garden last night for my treat, and it was just as good as I wanted it to be. I just love eating there!

Now it's back to regular life. I have so much stuff piled up on my desk, it's crazy.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

LOL!!!!!! Sounds like a great party!!!!! Enjoy all of your gifts!!!!!

A quick goodbye.. I have to run or I'll miss my bus.

See you tomorrow.

Have a great evening, Cetacea!!!!

Good morning all. Dad is having some surgery today so please pray! It's risky but it may relieve some of his pain. But in his condition it's dangerous. Basically they have to put a stint in his liver so his body can process the pain medicine.

I hope you all are having a great day!
