If you are ready I am to going to share our exciting news I was talking about a few days ago.

We are getting a dog!!!

I will let you know more details once things are more in place, but we are all so very excited. Especially the boys.

Here is the first picture we received of him. His name is Turtle, he is a Chocolate Lab. He should be here on Saturday.

Good afternoon everyone,

Just on lunch at work. All my teacher friends have returned to work and I am stuck processing passports. I wonder how long it will be until I receive my first substitute call? Maybe I will call in sick here to teach on Friday? We shall see. Either way, I am excited to have my contract here over with at the end of this month!

It was a reaction with the antibiotic I was on and being in the sun too long, I was also covered in hives because of it.

Is he a rescue dog? We have friends near Newton who have a rescue dog from Tennessee, and one of my co-workers is a foster "parent" in a rescue organization. (It's okay, I can wait until you tell the whole story when he gets here!)

I will tell the story after he gets here, I just don't want to "curse" this opportunity.
