Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Fall is finally here, and it's actually kinda cool outside. It's still a bit humid, but that'll clear up in a few weeks.

I've spent the morning dealing with consulting engineers. They drive me crazy sometimes (no offense to Xmastidings!). Especially the consultants who've never done this kind of work before, and are trying to convince their customer that, were it not for their efforts, the manufacturers would be trying to stick it to them. In the meantime, we have to explain to the new consultants how to even read our design output. Grrr.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

She looks so cute in that pic!!!!!

Glad to hear that you are continuing to make progress!!!! You will have it all done before you know it!!!!!!

Thanks...she was worn out from her walk!

What a cutie =]
Glad things are going well at the house!

Thanks! It's nice to be putting back together instead of ripping apart!

I am typing one-fingered because of my hand surgery yesterday. It is painful, but I know it will get better. When I can maneuver better, I will tell you how at one point my BP was 203/154--what happened and why. SCARY, because my BP is normally 117/70! We are going to be out of town until Friday, and will be in meetings and Elks Lodge inspections.

I know I have not done my Christmas duty for a while, but I do want you to know how much you all mean to me. I was reminded of this yesterday when I arrived home from the hospital. In the mail, there was a special card from Meceka, a thinking-of-you sentiment making me realize how much we mean to each other and how we care about the personal lives of our members. Mary (and really, all of you) are so caring--I just don't know how to express it. The full name of the Elks is Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks--in short, BPOE, which many Elks members say also stands for Best People on Earth. Well, here at MMC and on the Countdown, is where the Best People on Earth really make their home. I am proud to know you all!

Seawaters!! It's so nice to hear from you ~ I was wondering how you are doing. Sorry your hand is so painful right now, but I'm glad your surgery is over. I'll be hoping & praying for a speedy, 100% recovery! Have a good trip!

I still think of him and his collection whenever I'm out shopping and see a nutcracker. I think the Christmas Tree Shop actually had Halloween nutcrackers!

We bought him a Halloween one back in the spring, we have yet to give it to him though.

We may have to check out the Christmas Tree Shops, thanks.
