Yesterday was pretty crummy weather-wise, but today October is showing off all her colors again. We're supposed to get a little summer-like weather this week, but that should be the last of it with the second half of October on the way.

Thank you! I'm taking them to one of our friends house at 5 - they are having a Halloween party for the kids - they are looking forward to that. EA is going to be Elsa and DS is going to be Olaf (both from Frozen). I have to figure out something to make for that yet too!

Good afternoon, friends! How are you all doing today? I am well! Just keeping busy with the kids and doing things around the house. We've been having fun watching some movies and reading books.

What do you all have planned for the rest of the day? I plan on just spending time with them and doing more laundry, then this evening, I'm taking them to a Halloween party at 5. I head back to work tonight, so I'm hoping to catch a nap at some point.

We are stopping by a few shops along the long drive back to LaCrosse, and about to grab some lunch.

Then we will pick Harlowe up & visit with my parents for a bit before heading back to Eau Claire.

We are stopping by a few shops along the long drive back to LaCrosse, and about to grab some lunch.

Then we will pick Harlowe up & visit with my parents for a bit before heading back to Eau Claire.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Canadians. I hope everyone is doing well. I don't post often, but I'm always here reading and listening to Christmas music on this site.

Just wanted to share that my wife and I just put up our first set of outdoor Christmas lights on the upper roof and we will put the rest up after the Bills game.

73 more days until Christmas and 20 more days (November 1st) until we put up the Christmas trees (3), decorate the house and turn on the outdoor lights.

I have already finished my Christmas shopping for my wife, I am extremely excited with what I got her.

Again, I hope everyone is doing well.
