Finally home and relaxing after another long day. They kept mom in the hospital again tonight but she should be released tomorrow. The shakiness had started to die down some by the time I left tonight. So I'm hoping by tomorrow it will be pretty much gone.

Things still sound pretty touch and go with my BIL's niece. Thank you again for all of your prayers.

I don't have the energy to go back and reply to everyone but I did read all of your posts. Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers too.

I hope everyone is having a great evening!!!

Now that they have released the names of the shooting victims from yesterday, I will tell you that one of the girls in the hospital in critical condition is my BIL' s niece. She was shot point blank in the forehead. Needless to say, things are pretty touch and go and don't look very promising no matter the outcome. Prayers would be appreciated.

Made I'm just seeing this now, I'm so sorry. I saw some of the coverage on the news, I just can't wrap my head around it. Its heartbreaking. Please know that I will be praying. And I will continue to pray for your mom, I hope she gets to come home tomorrow. Keeping you in my thoughts, I hope you get plenty of rest tonight, take care (((hugs)))

Long day, I had so many errands to run and a ton of chores to do. I'm exhausted so I'm going to turn in early. I'm disappointed that the preschool owner didn't find anyone yet to take over some of my hours. Fingers crossed that she will this week, it will be a big relief for me. We also decided to get out of town tomorrow instead of dealing with the trick or treaters, tomorrow is trick or treat in our town but neither of us want to deal with it so we are going to spend the day going by going to Pittsburgh and checking out Christmas stuff in all the malls and seeing whats new downtown. Hope we don't seem like a bunch of meanies.... but a few people Joan works with are bringing their kids to our neighborhood and she really don't want to deal with work people on her day off :lol: And on top of that, I am really not that much into Halloween due to a lot of sad stuff that happened in my life around Halloween.

Anyway hope everyone is full of the Christmas Spirit and is having a good weekend!

I found a box of candy canes, 60 of them ! So I am giving the trick or treaters a trick....greeting them at the door with a big "Merry Christmas" and a candy cane.

Hi friends! Long time, no see! Hope you're all well! How are you all doing? All is well here, just been really busy; kids are keeping me busy as usual!

Last night, we had family pictures, so that took up a lot of our evening. Today we were very busy too. We had a local Halloween parade, which EA twirled in, then we stayed to watch the rest. Tonight, we got pumpkins and carved them. We've had a fun family evening. Tomorrow, we're headed to a farm, to do a corn maize, hay ride, pumpkin patch, etc.

Well, I just wanted to check in and say hello since I haven't been on in a few days. Know that I am praying for all of you, especially Made, as I know you're having a rough time. DH and I want you to know we're continuing to pray for you, your mom, and your entire family!

Sounds like you are having a great weekend!!!! Wish I was there with you like we had planned on me being since this spring. Hopefully this rough patch will pass soon and I can make it back there next spring!!!!!
