I bought a few bottles of this wine on our trip to Door County, after sampling- Hallowine by Door Peninsula winery. Amazing!
It's spiced apple wine, with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Best served warm.

Such a cool name! 'Hallowine'. Brilliant mind of those who made this up. ^^ The beverage must taste very nice. The combination of apple cider and all those spices sounds delicious. :]

I was supposed to work on my MP3's tonight, but I have started to listen to other music and haven't even started. I downloaded some Christmas music from Noisetrade last night to add, I probably get some of that done.

Working on Christmas playlist is a great job. Wish it would need to be done more often. ^^

With Halloween mere days away I knew I had to get back here, around people who see Halloween as the unofficial start to the holiday season.

(Christmas music starts in my house this Saturday!)

Welcome back to MMC! :] And yes, I agree with you regarding to Christmas music. That's is probably the main reason why I am looking forward to Halloween because once it's away, it becomes socially acceptable to start listening to Holiday music. ^^

Wow! That was unexpected and yet so heart warming question. :] I will try to do my best to share it with everyone who likes light reading before bed time. :] Although I can't promise it will happen any time soon because I am typing the story in my native tongue (it's one of those few cases when I find more convenient to express my ideas in my native tongue) which then will need to be translated into English which means there is quite a lot of work to be done. :] But thank you for asking. It means a world to me. <3

The online system where I was supposed to upload my assessment has finally been working today so I uploaded my work there and the assessment is gone now, at least for a while. What a relief! ^^
It was a long day at the campus but I've been in search for references for my other assessment since I got back home and well, a funny thing happened.

Sometimes you get quite different search results when you type in 'Asian hornet' into the search engine. Well, at least it makes you laugh. ^^
I'm back to searching for a little longer 'cause I still want to watch one documentary online later tonight.

I love this story!

You know, someone needs to invent an outdoor light string that is orange and purple for Halloween---then you flip a switch and it becomes multicolor for Christmas! You'd only have to put up the outdoor lights once, and when trick-or-treat is over, just flip the switch for instant Christmas cheer!

I have a feeling that is closer than we realize, Lowe's was selling a pre-lit tree that went from clear to multi as it blinked. I wouldn't be surprised to see that in the next year or two as more and more people put lights up for Halloween every year. cheesy

I remember twice we got snow and or ice on Thanksgiving. It was amazing! One of the ice storms was witnessed nationwide because the Cowboys were playing and it turned out to be an ice bowl. Lovely day for sure!!!
