I'm too frustrated with this essay so I'm just gonna leave it for today.
(And do it the very last minute probably.)
Instead, I'm going to read and fill in some empty spots in my journal.
Yes, I'm going to procrastinate.

Thanks, buddy. The roads are much better now. The snow has taken a break, and they've lifted the storm warning, but not the advisory, which is good news. Just worried about the drive home, icy conditions expected, and it will be dark and below freezing again when I leave.

I just got back from lunch & I can not believe how nice it is outside!! The neighbors who are off work, or who were home for lunch were all outside! Gracie even had some visitors (neighbors Grandkids) ~ she was so happy. Lol! I hung some clothes on the line - and I was wearing a short sleeve shirt. Crazy! I LOVE IT!!!! But better not get use to it!!!!

They've updated our winter storm warning, it's now 10 to 18 inches accumulation. This will be our first snowfall, yikes! [emoji300]️

[Holiday]

Kim and I purchased our first Christmas stockings on Friday night at Target. We both thought they were cute! Oh, and, of course, we had to get one for Simon, too! Here is the Big Guy modelling his first Christmas stocking. Hopefully he is just as excited as we are to hang them up on Friday!

Simon is sooo cute! Love the stockings!

a long day here, got a fair amount of work done on the cake. Had to totally redo the middle layer (Halloween town) but it is looking a lot better.

I am tired so I think I will head up and see how many pages I can read before my eyes will not stay open anymore.

Sorry you had to re-do the middle layer, but can't wait to see it!!!

Okay you and Xmas had me curious as to how many I have since I have added a ton this year. So I went and looked. I'm up 4226 songs and around 230 albums or 17.7 GB of Christmas music.

Good morning! I hope you had a relaxing weekend. :]
I'm staying at home today trying to get some work done on the essay.
I've been struggling with this one. I've redone the essay plan so many times already and I still don't seem to find the right way to write it. Very confusing.
Anyway, I found this lovely girl from New Zealand on 'Tumblr' who is doing Christmas card exchange. I sent her a message and got a reply, so it seems that I will get a card delivered from Down Under this year. :] I will send mine out this week and hope it will be received on time.

It's just amazing isn't it? What am I referring to, well, it's the countdown clock here; it reads: 44 days till Christmas!!! 44 days; my goodness, how quickly the time does fly by....

Good Morning! It's cold, it's frosty outside, and it's a Monday.


We had pretty nice weekend, Yesterday, we drove down to Baltimore City, and we went to Ravens stadium and watched the Ravens vs Titans game at the stadium. It was a hard hitting, toe to toe slug fest; but in the end the Ravens won. Good game, good time and afterwards, we went to Outback Steakhouse and had a good dinner.

Well, today, is my baby's birthday, yes, she's now, no longer a teenager any more....Ugggh, I'm getting old, I had one last week, turn 22 and now, the other one, as of this morning, turns 20. I no longer have any teenagers! Wow, again, how quickly, does the time fly by.....

I had a nice evening, thank you! As for a great week---I started by scraping a car's fender in the parking lot at my workplace this morning. Just little scrapes, but I had to leave a note with info, take photos, and notify my insurance agent. :-? Now I'm nervous about when the other driver will call.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! I'm sure the other driver will appreciate the fact that you left a note. I recently saw a car back in to another in the mall parking lot and sped off without even checking for damage. Sure enough there was a dent in the parked car. Everyone should be as honest as you.

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! Today should be beautiful with a high in the low 60's. The best day of the week by far. Tomorrow it's going to rain and then we are in for a massive cool down with high's in the mid 30's for the rest of the week and weekend. Boo!!! Why can't we just have a normal winter instead of being on this roller coaster ride again. Oh well. I need to take advantage of the weather today to get out and run some errands. I also have a lot to get done around the house since I'm going to be out at my sister's all afternoon tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

They are in the fresh section and we like the Creamy Dijon the best. The Zesty Italian is pretty good too.

Good Monday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

It's been super busy around here this morning. I've only had time to read posts, but not to reply until now. Strange, this time of year usually slows down for us...but I'm not complaining!

The other guy who works in the engineering dept. with me is very young. He has 3 little girls, the youngest is three years old. She has to have surgery tomorrow, so he's out the rest of the week. I'm sure he'd appreciate prayers for his daughter. It's not an immediately life-threatening illness, but it's a pretty serious surgery for such a little girl, bless her heart.
