It's 8am and still dark. Everyone is asleep so I am enjoying some alone time with a cup of tea, music and the fairy lights. I don't want the season to end.

Three-Hundred and Sixty-Five down to FIVE.

Think about it.

(But, don't think too long!)





Still chilly, with the need for a jacket or coat whenever you go outside if you want to be comfortable. No change in the forecast for the immediate future.

Oh, well. Let's just say it's seasonal and let it go at that!

We have begun this final weekend at 37 degrees here in our little part of the great MMC nation.

I'm heading out soon, we have a Christmas party at the preschool this morning for the little ones and their families. Lots to do afterward, it's going to be a busy day for me. This is it, last weekend before Christmas. So exciting!

I need to run to the store to pick up a few last minute groceries and then it's back home to clean and get ready for everyone to come in to celebrate mom's birthday tomorrow. It is such a busy time, but the most enjoyable time of the year and I'm having such a greet time with my family! I have 6 days off in a row - working Christmas, then I have off again.
