Thanks!!! Talked to them this afternoon and they are. Their grandson just brought back their first great grandson for Christmas. So they enjoyed getting to spend time with him!!

Merry Christmas my friends, It is still the Christmas season and Christmas here every day at MMC. Again, here's to you and your famililes, I hope and pray that you all had a wonderful Christmas together...

Today, was a nice interlude to my Christmas season festivities, sort of catch your breath kind of a day.... We all went thru all of gifts this morning, putting things away and trying out things for the first time. I also was able to get a few things done in the basement (construction wise) and burned up some boxes, wrapping paper and such out back.

Since this afternoon, I've been helping lisa with cleaning the house to get ready for all of here family to be here at the house tomorrow. 99% of them, will be vissiting our home for the first time, so want's everything to look extra specially nice, you know how it is....

No shopping today or tonight, just going to stay home tonight, have dinner, which is leftovers, (I just love, love, love, leftovers) and then watch the movie Guardians of the Galaxy.

Good evening everyone. I'm so tired, I can barely keep my eyes open. I think all of that running around I did for the past couple of weeks finally caught up with me. Or maybe I'm just getting old, I don't know. I started to straighten up the house but I didn't even put a dent in it. I'll clean more tomorrow. And I ran to Hallmark this morning to check out their sale. I was a bad girl, I bought 11 keepsake ornaments. Fifty percent off is hard to resist. Maybe my husband won't notice. We'll se. Good evening, and Merry Christmas,

We had a very nice Christmas Eve and Day. This year for us it was just feeling like going through the motions though. It has been a very tough time for our oldest with Sidney's passing, and for that matter, us too. We lost all momentum with the season at that point. We tried to make it a good time for him, but he has been depressed and sick and it has been a struggle. Please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers, he hid in his room on Christmas Eve and cried for a while because he missed his buddy.

Santa was good to all of us yesterday, we all had a very good time with all the family. We have one more Christmas party to go to tomorrow.

We did get to do a little after Christmas sale shopping today, I picked up a new coat for $16 marked down from $65 and a brand new Possible Dreams Santa. It was the Elf on the Shelf version, it is just the perfect one at this stage in our lives with my children.

My little one (6) is still sick, Im so worried.
He's so thin and weak.
Stomach flu day 5.
Im wondering if it could be something else?
Yesterday he cried and said he was afraid he was going to be sick for the rest of his life.
Poor thing[emoji173]️

So we still have to stay at home and cant have any vistitors..
Not the Christmas I planned, but thats okey.
The most important thing and my biggest wish is that Isak would be well again..

Merry Morning everyone,

How are you all doing? I am trying to keep Christmas going till New Year This morning I could feel that deflated feeling creeping in but I soon pushed that aside. On New Years day though, I will admit that is when the season feels like it is over for us.

I watched The Holiday last night. I love that movie so much. It might very well be the last of my Christmas favourites for the season. I will probably watch the final day of chritsmas24 tv but then that's it till next season.

We had a couple minutes of snow last night. It was mixed in with the rain/sleet but for a couple of minutes we had flakes for the first time. We were expecting snow mid day today but the forecast has changed. Very very cold though - below 0.

Well I hope you all are enjoying your time and keeping the Christmas blues away. Come January I will really have to fight them off!!
