Well, I'm still home, still waiting on the driveway to thaw, and on top of that, I had the alarm company scheduled to come to the house this morning to do some work. This morning when they called, I told them not to make the attempt, until later, but they didn't listen and what happened, they got stuck and now my driveway is completely blocked because they ended up spinning the wheels on their tires enough, where they are now partially off the driveway, crooked and stuck. Now nothing can come in and no one can go out.....
I'm seriously scratching my head, because I can see that things above the ground are starting to thaw, but the driveway is being stubborn, it still has ice all on it even after I salted it twice now.....
I didn't have any salt here at the house for that situation, I went down to the basement and dug 2 small buckets full of salt from out of the inside of the water softener....
