So far, so good for me. Just having a cup of coffee and going through some pictures, I still need to choose one of Molly for the frame I'm giving my husband tomorrow. I'm having a hard time picking one. She was so cute. [emoji173]️

Hi there,
Kandice has another slight injury....she had pains yesterday in Hockeypractise....her coach is becoming a physical therapist...but wasn t sure...he asked his daddy to Look at it today. The man has been a physical therapist for 30 years already....he made Kandice do several movements and Tell her what she feels...then she had to lay down and examined her....his result....she strained the adductors on her left leg.....a typical Soccer and also Field Hockey injury...nothing serious...but painfull

lovely sunny day here, garage sales, fresh baked sourdough bread and hamburger buns and cinnamon rolls....and one messy kitchen.

There is a rib fest going on down town and I can smell it here, 10 blocks away. (and boy does it smell good !)

I usually have a hard time getting on the site at 11pm (est), it moves very slow, and sometimes won't let me on. I am sure with a weak signal it is even worse.

Funny thing, I must of hurt myself somehow, and I have no idea how or what I did. Last night when I went to bed, my left knee, leg above my knee and left hip was bothering me where I could not get comfortable in the bed. This morning, I awake, and it is still hurting. I have not the foggiest idea what I did; I'm blaming it on that over 50 ache's and pains...:-?

Hmmmm, busy day planned. I'll head down and spend some time with my grandfather, check his bandages and re-wrap his leg, fill his medicine dispensers and do whatever else needs to be done. Then, come back home and work in the basement for the rest of the day and into the night, since I will be home by myself until later tonight.

Ok, time for the first cup of Java this morning....:wink:

I hope the pain goes away quickly for you.
